I called from Arizona to place an order for a funeral flowers for my brother-in-law I did have a limit that I wanted to spend and I explain to the girl who answered the phone while I was looking for being as they didn’t have any pictures or anything that I could look at and I did ask her to take a picture of the arrangement which she did do and she sent it to me but when I saw the pictureOf the flowers I was very disappointed I had looked at other websites and saw what I could get for the same amount of money and it was three times or more the size of an arrangement when I asked her if she could add some more flowers to it for me she said that it had already been sent to the funeral home and so we couldn’t do that. If I ever have to send flowers to Ada Oklahoma again I would not use this florist.

Needed some last minute roses for the Graduation Rose Ceremony! (My kid didn't tell me til the night before! I know y'all been there 🤣) They hooked me up with a pretty bunch of roses which I am grateful for them having such last minute!

To start, I had asked if I needed to preorder a small flower (for my 6yo daughter) along with my order and they said they’d have a lot to choose from so it wasn’t necessary but when I came they didn’t have any. Anyways, the cashier was rude from the start with no smile at all. I walked toward the big container of ordered flowers and as I was telling her “I’ll take the order for…” she said “no those are not for sale”. Tried to say it twice then I just said ok then can I pick up the order for censored then she went and got the one I was pointing at and didn’t show any type of values or appreciation or nothing. Definitely a complete 180 from the roots and shoots. They were completely friendly and made you feel welcomed. Never coming back here rather drive to Norman or shawnees...

My boyfriend was trying to surprise me on my birthday w flowers and asked for the address to my work so i gave it to him and they never delivered the flowers do i had to pick them up after work and when i went inside to pick them up the lady was rude to me and said i tried calling y'all but we are not allowed to be on our phone. Anyways he payed for the delivery and they never refunded the delivery. Never buying...
