ALDI — Local services in Ada

We are grocery store owners from another area. Being from OOT and unfamiliar with the “local” stores I decided on ALDI because it has a high customer rating. My 1st frustration came when I realized I didn’t have a quarter in my wallet. I couldn’t get a basket without one. I waited fo my husband to come from the motorhome, luckily he had a quarter! Once inside I realized there was really no rhyme or reason to the merchandizing. I’m not looking for negative comments to make but to share with the owner what makes it tough to shop there. Would you lose a customer over a quarter? Of course not, but you almost lost me. My 2nd frustration came when I realized there were no bags. I knew that when I watched the checker sling single items in the cart. There were not even bags to purchase. Love the quality and prices ! Some of the employees could use a customer service class or 3 , like the chubby girl with way too much makeup keeps flirting with the manager but he don't pay no attention , she likes to mess with the customers and talks a bunch of smack when her boss isn't around . Visited for the first time....products were great, decent prices. Meat selection not so much. Experience at check out was horrible. Heavy set gentlemen with tattoos was more intrested at yelling at the other checker to go on break/lunch than greeting my family and I. He was also throwing our purchases into the cart after scanning. When I asked about the prices of bags he stated "the price is right there," with a look of extreme irritation. When spending my hard earned money I can safely say I will avoid Aldi's especially in Ada simply because I don't need to be treated like a second...
