Since I have been coming here as usual, the food is great, the service is quick and easy. The staff are all kind and keep the place clean and stocked. They all always respond with "My pleasure," as I've heard Chick-fil-A staff are all strictly required to repeat. There's a few complaints I have regarding a particular day I came in and I was surprised by the service. The cashier was wonderful, taking orders just as normal. My particular issue was when me and my family were served our meals, my son accidentally knocked over his drink and made a huge mess in between our tables. He felt so bad and tried to clean it up with napkins, which wouldn't be enough for how big the spill was so I let our server know and see our nasty big spill we had. She said she will let them know about them spill. It took quite a while and I noticed no one came so I decided to go up to the desk and let another person know about the spill and he said "I'll get that cleaned up for you ma'am." I thanked the man... When our server came back asking if everything was alright, a few of us asked for some dipping sauce. every time she came and left my husband mentioned to me that he noticed that she never said "My pleasure" the entire time. I felt bad for her and family kept wondering if they were still coming to clean up the spill. Well, the entire time no one came to clean the spill and our waitress knew about it and so did the man who looked like the manager up front. Made me feel like if I had worked there, I would have cleaned up the spill as soon as possible because that...
Read moreI Love Chick-fil-A but the one thing these people can’t seem to do is put a sauce in a bag. It’s very irritating when you’re in the drive thru line because if you don’t check immediately before they just turn around and try to ignore you before you can say you tried to get there attention in an adequate. You’ll be left waiting food getting cold no sauce in hands. But if you didn’t check and left but still decided to go inside to acquire said desired sauces you’ll now be left to wait in line, told others who haven’t even figured out what they want are more important than you and your sauce less sandwich and fries. Another time I tried for a well earned and sauce-ful lunch I thought maybe take out will be where the sauce gods rain praise on there devoted followers but neigh not only am I ignored by these green men and woman disguised in red hoarding their beloved sauce until their avarice and pride consume them but after I get my meal and they do their petty quick turn and run I am left waiting another 10 mins before a noble sauce night can bless me with my beloved chic-fil-a sauce. Tell me… why do you horde what we love the most about you Chic-fil-a tell me what I must do, who I must kill, tell me… How to...
Read moreWhen I put in an order on the app I do not understand why six cars behind me or served before I am. They place their order after me and yet they’re served Before me and driving around me. For some reason the truck in front of me and myself were in line 18 minutes. I have no idea what the holdup was on him. I do know that my order was placed before the other eight cars and drove around me. Also the large bald masked man that was working this morning was exceptionally rude. I was giving for children need 4 cups of yogurt. There were six napkins in the bag. I asked for a few extra. Then my drinks were handed to me with orange HighC droplets all around the cup. The same thing with a Coke. So I requested more napkins from the young woman that was handing out the food. She was very pleasant she asked for more napkins, As the Ruda van inside handed her the napkins he yelled out the window you get two per entrée. I couldn’t believe it. What I wanted to say was then can be clean cups. Except he left the window immediately. I don’t think I will be frequenting Chick-fil-A in Ada...
