The WORST experience ever!!! The manager called the police on me for asking his name?! I didn't even get my food that I ordered, and PAID FOR!! He told me his name is 911!!! I'm good mind in filling charges myself. Straight up robbery.
I placed my order, didn't even get a receipt. I waited for my food, he handed me my food, he gave me fries instead of onion rings(I ordered onion rings) I told him that I ordered rings. So I proceeded to eat my chicken tenders, they were ice cold!! So I asked him for the onion rings to go. He just looked at me, then walked in the back. He brought me the rings when they got done. I told him the chicken was cold, he got smart with me and told me they would cook more. My lunch break is running out. So I just tried to leave. He chased me down in the parking lot, asked me if "you want them or not" I admit that I was steaming at that remark! So I asked him what's your name, and what store # was this location. He turned around and walked away. So I walked back in to the store and asked again for his name and store number. He told me the store number, I really didn't have time at this point so I once again was just leaving. Just as I made it to the door, he told an employee I was a bast*
So I walked back over there and confronted him on calling me such a name, asked again for his name, he told me 911 and called the police.

Read moreRe: Hardee's- Adairsville, GA I'm highly, impressed with the service that I receive here. One employee, in particular, Lenzi (Linzie), is phenomenal!! He's professional and energetic. I've never received less that respect and attentiveness from him. He's efficient. Although, few words are spoken, he "remembers" me, my general order and condiments. That's important to people. He makes you feel welcomed and that your order is important. He's the epitome of great customer service and should be highly, esteemed as such. Especially, in today's climate when common courtesy and satisfaction is lacking. Thanks to this team member for making me feel comfortable in every visit. Oan: I don't really, like going when I don't see he's not there lol. No, everyone...
Read moreStopped in recently to grab a burger. Drive through had a few cars so I went inside. One man in kitchen area and one woman with headset in drive through area. No one said hello or greeted me for about 5 minutes. Then the woman said jokingly I bet your tired of waiting. I chuckled and then she immediately took a drive thru order. Then another, then another. I said hey can I order?? I’ve been in the restaurant now over 15 minutes. She glanced at me and turned away to help the drive through customers. The guy cooking looked at me several times but never acknowledged me. I know good help is hard to find these days. They had this table set up celebrating Veteran’s. Well they sure as heck didn’t celebrate this one. I loudly Said goodbye and walked away...
