Went there on New Years Eve to give it one last try. I wanted a salad but they were out, yet again. I then ordered my husband and I kicken chicken sandwich meal. And an order of fried pickles. We decided to dine in. It wasn’t very clean floors are sticky. My husband’s went to get the food from the counter they threw everything in a bag for dine in. It was really unbelievable. I went up to get some tongue torch and ranch. The girl told me sorry we don’t have any tongue torch. I said can you please go to the back and put some in a cup for me? She said no we can’t do that. I said well I need some extra for my sandwich. She then went to talk to someone about what to do. She said they didn’t have it. I said well then what is on our sandwich? She said let me ask. She then came back and told me they put whimpy sauce on our kicken chicken sandwiches and didn’t even tell us! I said that’s it, I’m done! I gave her the food and got a refund. The manager gave me my money back but didn’t seem to really care that we were aggravated about the situation. I told her I didn’t know how this place was even still open! She said idk I just work here. Wow. They need new management and I bet the only people that go there at people traveling from 75. I will never go back to this Zaxby’s.
They always forget to add the extra sauces that you have purchased. If they are out of ranch they will just give you whatever else they think you want. I got fried pickles and the order of pickles seemed very skimpy no ranch. Sometimes if you order a salad and they are “out” they will ask you if you want to come back next week! 😂🤣😂 I couldn’t believe that. I ordered food for right then not a week later....
Read moreWe placed an order online at 6:13. The app said that our order would be ready at 6:30. We arrived at the restaurant about 6:27. We waited between 15 and 18 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to tell them that we had an online order. When we get to the window they tell us to pull up because the order wasn't ready! There we waited another 25 to 30 minutes and watched seven cars go by us. And seeing as how the dining room was locked, I had to walk to the window and ask about our food. There I was told by two clueless looking girls that they were waiting on boneless wings. Now I'm not quite sure how long it takes to make boneless wings, but I've already been here for 45 minutes...at the least. FINALLY, another woman came to the window and asked what the problem was. Really??? I told her and she looked at me like I had a third eye! After that, we waited for another 6 or 7 minutes and the food finally came out and guess what, IT'S WRONG! THE PEOPLE AT THIS ZAXBY'S ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT, INCONSIDERATE, and the SLOWEST bunch I have ever dealt with. I've probably visited every Zaxby's from Dalton to Cartersville and I have never encountered anything like this. I'll be sure to share this story with everyone that I know. I seriously doubt this review will change anything, but something seriously needs to be done with the management and the employees at this store. Read moreWhy would they have pick up closed inside and make me wait in line for 35 more mins when I ordered it 25 mins ago and have to pick up in drive through . I called ask them to bring it out to me because they have signs posted that we can arrive and pick up inside on shelf but they have 6 people working inside and have closed the lobby and pick up . So now its was useless to order and wait , I asked for a refund and was told to see the app for my refund. Not much friendlier then that I guess. Not sure how they might be short handed - 3 in the kitchen and 2 Expeditors plus a lead or shift supervisor. Seems like enough to keep lobby and drive through open to me? I mean I worked many years in fast food but this was uncalled for and very rude , unprofessional and right ridicules to act and say how they have or have approached it. I mean it's in the long run that people wont return and right now in this time of CPI so high they might want to keep their paying customers . Like really tho think about the future.
P.s. been a little over a week and still noone has gotten back to me . I didnt want anything really but a sorry or something along them lines. Hell even the other commenters said they had the same problems and that was months ago ....
