My family and I went out to Jeffersons on 5/20/25 in Adairsville to celebrate my sons 5th grade graduation. As we were in parking lot taking pictures with a 11-year-old and my elderly 70-year-old mother, an employee who stated they were the GM came out and screamed at us because one person didnât leave a tip. Mind you my sister left a $10 tip and I left a $5 tip despite the service. Not to mention we had to ask a different server to fill our cups which she was very sweet and did not mind doing it.
My sister placed a to go order which was wrong not only once but the second time as well. When we went back in to speak to someone because we were treated so bad outside being yelled at for not leaving a tip which we did and asking for our names saying we wasnât welcome there, we asked for the manager and she said in a very rude tone I am the manager. She went and got the receipt to show us saying that someone at our table wrote on receipt for tip no need which she did not it said none not no need. Even when we tried to explain we left a tip, she screamed again and said leave her store.
I hate we had this bad experience because my husband and I have eaten at this location serval times and was never treated this way.
We called restaurant couple days later and ask for the manager that was working that night and it was confirmed that the manager not GM like she said was Amy which I assumed when I seen her photo. My sister and I left our phone numbers for the GM to give us a call which we have not heard anything and tomorrow will be a week.
Please donât patronize this establishment because the unprofessionalism that we experienced was not called for. Not to mention when we asked for her name, no one would provide her name. The sad part is my son a childâs special moment was ruined and it made him scared and nervous because he thought she was going to do...
Read moreJust stopped by Jefferson's in Adairsville, and let me tell you, it's a place that has its wing game on point! Speaking of points, a huge shoutout to our server, Candace - but make sure you put an 'A' in there because she's definitely 'A' class! Her service was like a refreshing breeze on a hot day - polite, kind, and prompt.
Now, let's taco 'bout the food. It was like biting into a piece of heaven. Fresh? Check. Delicious? Double-check. And the wings? Oh, the wings! They're not just wings; they're little ambassadors of flavor town, sauced to perfection. You can tell they're made with love and a secret handshake that only the chef knows.
In a nutshell, Jefferson's isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary adventure. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by. And if you get Candace as your server, consider yourself in for a treat! Keep soaring high, Jefferson's!

Read moreJust donât. Ordered sweet tea without ice, got unsweet. When I asked for sweet, they gave me ice. Husband ordered honey citrus nachos and got buffalo instead(which he hates but still ate to not be âthat personâ that complains all the time). Husband asked for ranch and never got it. The waitress even came by and said âIâm so sorry I forgot about your ranchâ and proceeded to still not get any when my husband had half his plate left. Ours drinks went empty and got a refill only on my husbands drink AFTER we were done eating in a regular cup, not even a to go cup. It took almost 10 extra minutes to get our last persons food and we had to find a waitress after sitting for 8 minutes waiting to pay. The red haired waitress with the butterfly throat tattoo then made excuses saying she was talking to her boss. She was nice but the service and the food was not...
