Well I usually don’t review gas stations. Although I think I wrote a review on the Thorntons on lake street. I try to write reviews of good and bad or middle. I had to review this Casey’s. Really just two guys. I don’t know how many place of have service from in a week but it’s a lot. In all the places I see “service” is going if not already gone. It’s like I am serving them half the time. There is not a lot of customer service etiquette anymore. The two guys I am talking about were different though, I had to give them props. I had a stupid question about the price of a purchase, which was really nothing. 50-60 cents maybe, and they treated it, me, like it was the most important issue. I appreciate that more than you know. So I didn’t get their names, but the tatted guy behind the register and the black bearded guy.. cheers men! Thank you for showing there is such a thing as customer service still. Just to be transparent, I didn’t look through the store and didn’t go to the bathrooms. This is why I don’t review gas stations, I usually blindly goto the cooler and to the register and out. 5 minutes all together. I will however make a review about the great service! Thanks again.. anything to make my day a little better always helps. I have eaten at this Casey’s, I have order breakfast pizzas there plenty of times. They are amazing if you haven’t had one. Get it made fresh and you will see what I mean. Point system is wonderful. Of course the service that day was top on the chart. Sorry this review is so long. I am just that happy about...
Read moreIf it was possible to give 0 Stars I would! The car wash broke while we were inside and they left us inside for almost half an hour. We were blowing the horn and I called their number. A worker (Ken) answered the phone said please hold and laid the phone down never answering the line while we were stuck inside the machine over 20 minutes!!! I was on hold with no response for 20 minutes. When he finally came inside the machine to check he was curt. When I told him that myself and a friend in the car with me are claustrophobic and we watched the doors closing in front and behind us and voiced my irritation about him never even saying please continue to hold he threw his hands up and said it's busy. Busy is understandable a complete lack of empathy and customer service is not and will not ever be acceptable regardless of giving me a deserved refund. The only saving grace allowing me to give one star is the manager was kind but his employee needs to go back...

While there, I asked him if they had a product called "grinds" and showed him the image of the product on the caseys app. He walked over to an aisle, and we followed him. While I was looking at the product, he went back to the register. After realizing what it was, I decided not to get it and told him it was ok. We paid for our items but quickly realized the price had gone up. Turns out while we were away, jyotin had scanned a canister of folgers coffee and put it in our bag without telling us. We told him we did not want it, and he suggested we just take it home. We insisted no, we want a refund. He said he couldn't give us a refund.
