Frankie's has always been our place to go to for a quick but great tasting lunch or even if you ain't got time to cook, you know for sure you can stop in and yet anything from hot dog made frankie's way the Chicago hot dog way to A juicy beef sandwich and so many other things you just wanna try. This 4th of July is the second time. I've ordered food for my party at the house and let me tell you. I u cater often and like most battery companies, there's always something that's missing. Wether its none or not enough plates, napkins, or even condiments, I always find myself having to go to the store to buy what's missing. Both times Frankie's made sure that I had everything I needed just as if they were making it for me fresh right there in the restaurant giving my guests easy condiment options with reheat Readiness just for those late comers. Whats most important, NO SKIMP on food choices and they made sure there was more than enough for leftovers and the quality is always #1 in my book. I couldn't get enough compliments on the taste. Very disappointed I ordered off of Frankie's website and had the option to have doordash deliver. I didn't order off of doordashs I ordered off of Frankie's so it's Frankie's issue. How can you pack an order with food and drinks tie the bag so you can't even undo it and send it with doordashs driver who also informed you of the packing issue. when we received are food it was all wet do to the sprite spilling. Not only could we not eat any of the food but when I called to inform the manager of Frankie's he stated it's a doordash issue and they have nothing to do with it. All they did was make the food pack it and send it off after that it's doordashs issue. Well I didn't order off of doordash so it's not there issue. It's Frankie's issue and they did nothing about it not only that but I paid $55 for me and coworkers only to have no lunch because of this. I would not even give one star if I could just sad and...

I am very disappointed with the customer service here! 2nd time here! First time was great, so were their chili cheese dogs. My wife’s pregnant and craving their food. Their hours on Mondays are until 11pm. It was 10:42pm, and they were open, doors unlock, and they greeted me with we are closed! Okay. Why not turn off your open sign? Why not lock the doors? Why not change your hours if you’re not interested in taking care of your customers until the time you claim to be open! In all reality you guys showed me that you’re more interested in just going home than doing your job and providing a good customer experience. I work I get it I understand you want to go home but you can’t stop working before you supposed to punch out and think it’s OK for the public to understand.
