I'll be calling headquarters next! The manager is rude, lacks managerial skills, and employees don't speak English. Here are several instances of this happening! Everytime I place an order, it's missing something. On one occasion, I inadvertently forgot an item, so I asked if I could order it at the window; however, I was instructed to go around to place the order, even though there was no one behind me. Although I adore McD's ice cream, the portion sizes at this location are incredibly small and do not align with the advertised quality. I couldn't understand what the lady was saying; I had to order a plain sundae that cost me $3.00+. The ice cream came up to the top of the bottom portion of the cup (barely 2 inches, it's not the $$ but the principle serving) I questioned the serving size, and she smiled, seemingly unaware of what I was communicating to her. " I would go to other locations, but why should I inconvenience myself when this is only 5 minutes from my home. This is absurb; yes, I'm Hispanic and speak very little Spanish. Read moreWe placed our order. Went to the payment window & paid for our food. We were told to go to the 1st pickup window where we were give our drink. We were then told to go to waiting spot #5. After a very short wait we were given two very full bags of food. The 1st/front bag of the two had our waiting spot number on the attached receipt. The second bag had a different waiting spot's number on the attached receipt. When we were handed the bags it seemed that it was a lot of food and our bag, while it contained our hamburgers as ordered it didn't contain our fries. When I looked inside the bag for the other waiting spot and asked the person waiting there what they had ordered, everything matched except they had to many fries. They apparently put our fries in the other customers bag. When a manager came out it took two tries for them to straighten it out. How do you put one customers fries in the bag of another, and then give one waiting customer the clearly marked bag of another customer. Its either a failure to properly train people or to supervise them. It's not the people doing the job, it's the management above them not...

That’s bad enough on its own, but we mobile ordered and none of that was marked out in the app. Nobody was going to tell us that, either. The staff simply didn’t hand us the lemonade and was ready to send us on our way until I questioned it. You’d think I’d asked for a ribeye or something with the way I was told they didn’t have it. He did substitute a frozen sprite, but that’s not the point. If I hadn’t asked, I wouldn’t have gotten anything.
How do I know? Well, they left out the apple slices apparently for the same reason. They also didn’t substitute anything else for that.
You can’t just not give people things they paid for. COVID isn’t an excuse anymore. This is one of the cheapest locations in the area and it seems like that might be biting them. If you can’t afford to keep inventory, don’t have enough staff to run the dining room (also closed!), and just don’t give customers what they pay for, maybe you...
