A friend and I went to this Wendy's and this is the 2nd time there's been an issue because my friend just wanted them to wear gloves while making the food and preparing the FOOD!!!they said that they are not required to wear gloves 🧤 my friend said that she understands that but however when making her food she would just feel comfortable if they were to put on some gloves 🧤 the manager in the cashier both rolled their eyes and completely ignored her and then a cashier said well we always do quality check and they did my food first and toss it to me mind you no glove insight also when my friend was ordering she asked if they can make her Frosty last so that way it won't melts first and they did the complete opposite by the way we were inside for everything they actually made her Frosty first so she asked them to remake it after her food was done like she had requested from the beginning and and the manager I guess her name is Gladis started arguing with my friend saying I just made this I'm not remaking it and your food will be done in a little bit and then my friend explained to her why she needed her to make it over and she refused and got upset with my friend and said do you just want your money back for your whole meal I can just give you a refund for the whole meal because I'm not remaking the Frosty when your food is going to be done in a little bit so since my friend was flustered the guy behind the cash register was talking stuff too talking about yeah you're doing way too much so I asked for our money back the guy behind the register then grab my bag and threw it on the floor and said that my friend was doing too much and then when I ask for a receipt for the return items the manager tells me that they don't have the receipt and I had to step in and let her know that I was a manager at a whole nother branch and I know that that receipt is printable I also let them know they May feel like my friend had some ridiculous request this is food that she paid for and then she's putting in her body so no it's not doing too much in the cashier then began to argue me and say that it is doing too much because they don't require any of this to work at Wendy's. If I would have acted this way at any locations I've worked at I would have gotten fired they fired people so easy back when I used to work at Wendy's for this type of attitude and arguing with customers over their own food that they paid for and then throwing bags on the floor this was 100% unacceptable and I'm calling corporate right after this and as for the glove thing the first time visiting this location asking them to wear gloves was a problem because it girl said my friend was complaining the second time the manager and this was a man when asked to wear gloves he wear gloves with no problem but here yesterday had to be the worst time ever as it was a literal altercation. Honestly it's like I don't care how anyone feels at the end of the day you're dealing with somebody's food. Gladys is so mad about not wanting to remake that Frosty that she said that she just wants to refund my friend for her whole meal... Entirely unprofessional and have attitudes I hope this place get like a secret shopper someone to come in from either the health department or in the corporate office so they can see how these people work and get upset when asked to do something that they feel like they don't want to do for a customer.

I went to this location with my son and girlfriend, we ordered a jbc with no mayo and fries for my son, a #4 combo meal for me and a $5 giant jbc meal. 1st problem we we're waiting for a long time in the drive thru because it seemed as if the cars 2 cars ahead of us had problems with their orders also. Then after having to remind them for our 2nd drink we finally pull away happy to finally eat. After pulling away we see they forget to give us the 3rd fry we ordered and that theres mayo on the jbc so we had to turn back around to see a huge line of cars waiting for their turn to get their food, we decide to go in thinking the process would be quicker and simply wanted our food remade since at this point it was cold. Now after waiting 30 minutes total for the whole experience we finally get hot fresh food and naively leave thinking the food would be finally perfect. Once home we open the wrappers to find that the giant jbc meal was still just a regular jbc and the standalone jbc without mayo we ordered came with mayo and also was a deluxe for some reason. We proceed to call the location to complain and all the phone does is ring and ring no matter how many times we called. Read moreThe only reason I gave one star is because I cannot give zero. I first placed an order for delivery. When I received that order it had a receipt on it which had all the correct details of my order, but what was in the bag did not match. Nothing was correct about the order. I tried to call the location to attempt to have them correct the error and no one answered. I then placed a second order for me to go in and pick it up. I set the pickup for the dining room with a pickup time of ASAP, which the app states will be "started immediately and cannot be cancelled." When I arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later, my order had not even been started. It took one of the employees wandering around the kitchen area 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence and once they did, they had no idea my order had been placed. They were more concerned about what they were listening to on their airpods than assisting anyone. Once they made my order, they gave it to me with the wrong drink.
