at first this place was great, had no complaints. over time i’ve put up with more and more BS. first bad experience i went when having a bad night hoping to improve my mood. my large soda was 98% ice. i’m talking one regular sip and it went down inches. literally made my night worse. after that, every time that it’s been the hispanic lady with a bit of an accent at the window on the overnight shift, there’s ALWAYS something. last night i asked for a LARGE combo, she charged me for a medium and i didn’t know until i had already paid and was given my drink. i had also asked her to scan my half off code sides code (it was a combo and an additional side) and she did but either it didn’t work or the system denied it, and she said nothing. she just repeated the same total as if the code had gone thru. she didn’t bother to say, ‘the code didn’t scan can i try again’ or ‘the system isn’t accepting your code right now’. i don’t care if it doesn’t accept it, it’s fine i’ve worked fast food it happens and you can’t do anything about it, but at least SAY SOMETHING instead of playing stupid like if i’m not gonna notice. another time i asked for a 5pc tenders code to be scanned and she made a snide comment to another employee while the window was fully open. i don’t know what she said but again, ive worked fast food, i know the body language and tone and could tell she was annoyed. okay how is that my fault? that’s just how the app works it tells you to get it scanned at the window and she could’ve asked at the screen if i was going to be using my app so she would’ve at least known to get the tenders started. she also tends to say smthn like “give me a moment” at the screen too. again that’s fine, but where’s the greeting? it should be something like “hi i’ll be with you in just a moment”. she always tries to rush orders, both taking them and when giving them. i ask for ranch at the screen and as im being given my order it’s straight to the “have a good night” jesus girl can you chill? i haven’t even grabbed my food from your hands do you have to make me feel so rushed? i need to ask for ranch at the window again because majority of the time it is forgotten even tho i ask for it when i order. when i do mobile orders its the same thing “okay pull forward” shouldn’t you be asking if that will be all for me? again, making me feel rushed and im like i cant ask for sauce. i would put ranch on the mobile order if the app allowed but it doesn’t. multiple times she has also tried giving me other peoples mobile orders too, the same rush of ‘here have a good night’. she never repeats orders like you’re supposed to, she either doesn’t care if she got it right or just assumes she can do no wrong or that it’s the customers fault or she just can’t do her job. i’ll admit last night she was a bit nicer than usual but regardless, it is consistent problems with her. she is also the only one who regularly asks me to reverse to avoid high times. one time a guy had pulled up behind me and i could see in my mirrors that he was confused as to why i wasn’t at the window. i would be confused too. he literally started getting out of his car to approach me so i had to roll down my window and tell him they asked me to reverse. as a woman, especially petite and young, that is TERRIFYING. i’m sure the timer thing stems from higher management being on top of employees, but that ain’t my fault and i shouldn’t be put in danger (no, that’s not an exaggeration) and discomfort over it. maybe everyone should do their jobs more efficiently and it wouldn’t be a problem. i’m regularly given my drink with the soda spilled all over the cup. that happened to me with the automatic fountains where i worked, but what did i do? I CLEANED IT UP FIRST. and these are manual machines so there’s even less of an excuse. it’s straight up incompetence and an inability to provide quality service. no one wants sticky soda in their car and on their hands. both friends and family i’ve spoken to have had bad experiences with her too. there’sMoreButImOutOfSpace, overall food...

Being that it is a famously owned & family restaurant with a founder who "who Carl" from the beginning established freshly made, freshly cut vegetables, Char-Broil on an open flame HAMBURGERS AND CRISPY GOLDEN FRIES!!
Where should I start, well I guess the pictures speak for themselves when you see the menu items compared to the actual hamburgers, with cardboard taste & soggy no flavor produce. "I , really was considered having reimbursed for my order as I was not satisfied" Ppq
Every weekend these businesses shops or our locations would be packed with cars and people p they will stop by and enjoy the good meal with your friends and family, having the opportunity to eat the food that they like, and spend the money that they earned.
Facts: I can see I need pictures of somebody took or posted that the restaurant simply was either two customers or three customers and I'm sure that they had their moments where they would be packed for lunch or something special but like I said everything is good when you're hungry or simply these people did not have no taste buds. and I can see why the place does stay clean because there's nobody that would go eat there.
[Note] on one of the pictures I believe it might have been for the employee on the back door which is not supposed to be obstructed by anything would be a fire hazard or against OSHA or even city ordinance. Now if the people ain't going and buying the stuff the stuff gets used in and does not get rotated. I understand why it takes the company to say get the app an enjoy rewards / free food🤢.
& Yes I am having a free cookie why not.
Simply just a Google review an their way of saying sorry for the Inconveniences.
I would highly recommend to eat at home and save the Money for a Paid Vacation To Hawaii.

Have gone there many times with no problem in the past. On this trip I was in Drive Thru line ordering food. I had placed order and employee asked me to wait while she handled something going on in restraurant. When she returned she asked me to repeat entire order. From that time on she was rude and there was a communication problem which resulted in her refusing to serve me and requesting that I leave Drive Thur. She informed me she would phone police if I didn't leave Drive Thru. There were cars ahead and behind me and I could not exit. Waited 25 minutes or more while cars ahead were served. I stopped by Drive Thru window to request complaint information and name of rude employee who claimed to be Manager. They would not open window to speak to me. At no time did I hold up Drive Thru line. I parked and entered establishment to get complaint info. I was given name of employee, Nanette, as she was calling 911 operator for police assistance. I returned to car to wait for police. Officers questioned me politely and courtesly. The gave complaint information and fortunately I didn't have to spend Mother's Day in jail. I would never go back to this Carl's Jr. again and will spread the word to family and friends regarding rude and...
