The poor delivery drivers are losing money because of awful management and I’m not satisfied. So, to begin, a family member of mine placed an order for delivery; all was good until we had to an ungodly amount of time for our order. The wait time had seemed unreasonable, so, my mother calls in to ask what went wrong and she was notified about a “robbery” that took place; her oder was “stolen” by the homeless (That’s what the lady on the receiving end claimed). Her order had to be made again and we had to wait for an even longer time than expected. My mother continues to question the staff over the phone and they claim that they’ve “been dealing with the homeless stealing their orders for sometime”; okay, so, whose responsibility is it to make sure the pizzas are being handled with care? It’s YOUR responsibility (I’m referring specifically to the staff in charge of Little Caesar’s Pizza). Then soon afterwards, she begins to blame DoorDash for “not handling the orders properly”? What in the world? Tip, maybe DON’T leave pizza out on the counter unattended? it’s quite simple in retrospective actually. (Also, we didn’t receive any compensation after this incident). You’re better off ordering pizza elsewhere, folks. The staff at this establishment clearly don’t show any dignity for their job or their customers and it shows. They REFUSED to take accountability for their irresponsibility and it’s disgusting. Unrelated but the pizza is never sliced for some odd reason, we always end up having to slice the...
Read moreIf I could give a zero star for service I would. Omari is the one that took my order. I ordered what I always get . When he told me the total I new he had my order wrong. I told him he wasn't getting my order right because I get this order all the time and it's never that much. So I asked him what he has on his end that I ordered. Funny thing is he repeated what I ordered. So my reply was "wow you must of went up on your prices cause I never paid that much." So I paid. I got the receipt and walked outside because it was getting crowded in there. When I looked at the receipt sure enough the order was wrong. I went back in the restaurant and walked up to the counter. I told him " my order is wrong." Then told him again what I wanted. He rudely says to me " I read back to u what u wanted and u told me that was correct." ( which his statement was true) but when I got the receipt it was something totally different. So I told him nicely "my order is wrong." Then he continued to say the same thing he said before. ( that he read my order to me.) At that point I asked him to speak to a manager. The manager came and I explained to her what had happened. While I'm explaining to her what happened Omari is saying " I TOLD HER HER ORDER". And started saying things under his breath..
I'll be calling Corporate. Also little word of advice.... Omari u should never try to argue with the Customers. Specially when it's...
Read moreI usually don't have any issues here. I just ordered with a nice lady. But I got here just when they were going to do a shift change.. I got here right before the lady was going to count her register. She could've taken my order but chose to start counting and then telling me someone else will take my order. She called for someone else twice before a lady with red hair walked by looked right through me, didn't acknowledge me. Didn't greet me. Didn't ask me hang on or anything and just started counting the other register. When she was done, she left to the back to take phone orders. Again didn't say one word to me. The next shift lady came, greeted, re counted, quickly her register, apologized for the wait and for the other lady's rudeness. And quickly took my order. And I have to wait 15 minutes because. Nothing is ready. There was no one waiting for an order when I got here. I stood there for 10 minutes before the nice next shift lady came. Crazy. They don't value their jobs or...
