Dunne's Tavern — Restaurant in Agawam

I only give 1 or 5 star reviews. None of this in between stuff. Long story short, I walk in and everything was good so far. Ran into my friends, said hello, got greeted by a waitress and asked if I needed anything. I said no thank you and was talking to my friends. Later on, my friends and I wanted to play pool. I go to the bar to get 4 quarters and I make direct eye contact with the bartender. I raise my arm politely and ask her if I can have change and a glass of water. The bartender walks by me, and starts talking with what seems to be her friends on the corner of the bar. She comes by me again and walks right by me. She hands me my quarters and I ask again for my water (we're all forgetful so I shrug it off) I play a game of pool, go up to the bar and ask for another drink and play some keno. I'm blatantly waving and saying "excuse me miss" attempting to get the bartenders attention. I was invisible. I sat there for 10 minutes before I just left. The bar vibe was very cliquey and not cool.

There were two bartenders and both of them ignored me like I never existed. There were other customers that sat and waited while these 2 bartenders were social butterflies talking to the other crowd. They didn't serve em drinks constantly, they just kept talking.

Maybe in the future I'll give them another chance but for now I have a bad taste in my mouth like that old beer in your...

What a hidden gem!! Great food, great staff! I can’t say enough about this place. It’s new & amazing. Philly steak wrap with wavy fries (at the awesome recommendation from our server, Amanda), absolutely cannot be beat!! Their burgers…delicious! Great drinks too!
