The food was alright - overall we got steak fettuccine Alfredo, jerk chicken tacos, tostones, and rice and beans.
The service was complicated. There was one woman who I requested whether she spoke English as my Spanish isn’t well enough to ask questions regarding ingredients or specifics. The woman advised she doesn’t speak English, and then after a bit of back and forth with us both trying to understand one another, another employee got on the phone and she was very very kind.
Upon arrival, food smelled great. When I got home, we had a different pasta dish than the steak Alfredo. When I called, the call rang and then someone answered and hung up. I called again. The first woman I spoke to answered and immediately stated “Harley. What do you want? What now.” I asked to speak with the other representative who spoke more English, as I didn’t want to frustrate both of us due to our language barrier. She responded with “No, just tell me. What do you want, huh?” The tone made me feel quite dismissed.
The other female employee was very empathetic with the mix up, and she was very prompt and respectful. We ended up leaving her a tip due to her help.

My partner ordered the veal because in the reviews about this place we read a lot of people raving about it. To be genuine it wasn’t good at all. I did enjoy my Mongolian steak with tostones tho, it’s a good dish I definitely thought it’d be much better though. I can’t really say what it’s missing I just think the presentation of everything is misleading which is what probably led me to be underwhelmed with the food.
