The cost is significantly higher than major chains like Cold Stone, Carvel, or Baskin Robbins, but the experience doesn’t quite justify the markup. The cups are all one size, and frankly, they’re low quality. The waffle cones, while nicely presented, are quite small for the $1.99 price tag, which also limits how much ice cream you get — especially since everything is portioned the same way as the standard cups.

I was a tourist in your area. I order a waffle cone with two scoops. It turns out that the waffle cone comes thin and warm so when they put the 2 cold scoops of ice cream on it. It made the cone saggy so as I was walking out of the store taking a lick. Since the cone got so saggy so fast it didn’t hold the two scoops causing them to immediately drop to the ground outside the store . I walked in and explained the situation showing them how saggy the cone was. That’s why it didn’t hold the two scoops. They told me I would have to pay for another cone. I really thought that was bad business and unfair to the customer. You guys might want to reevaluate putting cold ice cream on a thin warm cone that makes the waffle cone saggy.
