Zippops Gourmet Paletas — Restaurant in Aguadilla

We visited this business in August 7th 2021 while we on vacations in the island. The big poster and striking picture caught our attention while driving on our way to the beach. When were leaving we decided to stop, enter the building around 7:53, took us a couple minutes to understand the concept, menu options and prices. I couldn't find the same one in the picture outside so when we decided to talk to the lady(Naysha based on the receipt) asking her to give us exactly the same thing in the picture outside she replied saying that is already 8 and they no longer serve those items. Big poster and menu doesn't have that write to make customers aware so I told her that she saw us walking before and that we are unable to come back because we are staying in San Juan and we will fly back to US the next day something that she replied they had already 6 orders in preparation and that will take a while and is business policy. One of our group members (teenager) decided to buy anyways a "paleta" but she stated that it was bland, small and nothing special for the high price. The rest of us, 5 people, decided to go 2 businesses beside SABOR FRAPPE and they had the service, options and flavors we want. I encourage you to stop instead to SABOR FRAPPE we love it and they made our 2 hours trip very pleasant. BTW check the time in the receipts and you'll understand...

I recently visited Zippops Gourmet Paletas in Aguadilla and was disappointed with the experience. The popsicles, priced at an average of $7.20, lacked any distinctive or unique qualities, making the cost seem excessive. Additionally, the to-go packaging was subpar; they provided flimsy styrofoam plates without covers, offering no protection for the popsicles and their toppings. This inadequate packaging will lead to a messy experience, especially during transport. Furthermore, the plastic bags used were unlabeled, so if you order similar flavors to take home, distinguishing between them becomes a guessing game.

I have to say that the place is clean and the topping area looks great. The employees were super helpfull and nice.

However, the combination of high prices, lackluster product, and poor packaging makes it difficult to recommend this...

Came here after a sunset walk at Crashboat. Was wanting to try Zippops deliciously advertised frappe’s! We walked in at 7:45pm (door indicates close time of 8:30pm). Upon walking in, there was a young woman with a very unfriendly glare. She seemed annoyed by our presence. She went behind the counter and I asked if they had a menu. Annoyed, she responded “this is what we have right in front of you.” I asked if they had any frappe’s (since theres posters all over the place) and she said “the blender is clean already, and we close at 8 so I can’t make any.” We proceeded to look at their options of popsicles and felt pressured to choose one quickly because of the harsh glares she was giving us.
