We started with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh, bursting with citrusy flavors, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The Cetí alcapurria was a standout—crispy on the outside, packed with unique, savory flavors inside, and a true representation of Puerto Rican culinary creativity.

For the main course, the salmon with crispy skin was cooked to perfection. The skin had an irresistible crunch, while the fish itself was tender and flavorful. Every bite was a delight.
