Wendy's — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Of all the Wendy's I've visited this has to be the worst. I was the second person in line and the personnel taking the order had no idea on how to enter the orders. I waited nearly 25 minutes to order. I was told I could not substitute the combo drink for a Frostee shake so I told her forget about the Frostee and give me the drink. I was very surprised as I only got the burger with no fries nor drink. To top this off the manager, an absent minded looking guy by the name of Morales was standing in front of us and didn't say a word! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this horribly...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the food ordered recently from your establishment. The Apple Pecan salad did not include the blue cheese and had only three pieces of apple. I believe you should improve the freshness of your salads, especially considering their price of $8.99 plus tax.

Additionally, a five-piece nugget order with fries was placed, but only four nuggets were included, and the fries were cold.

I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your products...

Gotta say. Puertorrican employees work at a slower pace. When I got there it took nearly 7 minutes to get my order. There was only 1 person in front of me.

My mom and sister wanted a frosty and we had to leave because it took a different customer almost 10 minutes and on top of that, the lady didn't even acknowledge us or anything. Like we weren't even there. Horrible service.
