Arby's — Restaurant in Aiken County

We went here June 21 2024 at 5:15pm and ordered (2) hamburger deluxe meals. After eating into the hamburgers the middle of both burgers were blood red. I took both burgers up to the counter and a woman with glasses asked what was wrong. I showed her the blood red burgers and I said we can't eat that. She said those are cooked medium well and that's how they come. After her saying that she turned and walked out back. Not even offering to make it right. We've been to this place many times in the past, but we will NEVER EVER go back here again. Before leaving this place I got a drink refill and that woman was beside me at the drink station. I told her you'll never see us here again. She says, have a nice night sir. I made no response. As we walked out the door she followed us and yelled across the parking lot like a little kid, have a nice night sir and don't come back. We still ignored her. I have been telling friends and family to stay away from this place. A complaint was also made to DHEC for uncooked food. Hopefully someone will get sick enough to file a lawsuit...

I got an order of 2 roast beef sandwiches since I work a long shift today. I work at jersey mikes so I know how it is with food handling & y'all need to do better. I was eating my first sandwich, got down to the last few bites & it tasted gritty & like dirt. THEN I see a little stick on my paper that fell out my sandwich so I'd put money on it that they dropped my sandwich & served it anyways. Not to mention there was buffalo sauce all over the wrapper too. That's absolutely ridiculous. Throw away food that falls on the floor & change your gloves! Its really NOT that hard. Also the guy ringing me out inside had a rather large snot booger coming out his nose. I nearly threw up but I let that slide since he wasn't making food. I didnt dine in, I walked in & took it togo. But still, things like this shouldn't happen. What if I was allergic to the ingredients in buffalo sauce? Come on, guys. Do better & really step up your game to your pay...

Terrible sandwich!! I was so disappointed when I drove home which is around 2hrs away in Sumter SC. I ate my fries and hit the road. I was working in North Augusta and have eaten here at this Arby's before. So I didn't expect to open up my "turkey bacon ranch" sandwich to see no Bacon, or lettuce. Only the smallest amount of turkey and a sour tomato 🤢 Gross. Just slack!! If you're out of bacon or lettuce, you could very easily let the customer know. I would've ordered differently. Slack...
