This vape shop and the one right across the street, Supreme Tobacco, are prime examples of what happens when you had staff that actually cared, but an owner that's completely incompetent.
Tray (the owner), doesn't keep popular items in stock. He will sell you a vape device, tell you he gets the pods/coils regularly, and you won't see them in the store for six months. I've spoken to employees that have told me that they've put items down for order that people have requested, and he's arbitrarily taken them off. When you as a customer confront him about not having something in stock, he will get defensive or make an excuse like "well we had them a couple weeks ago." Protip: If you're a business owner and you find yourself constantly running out of a product, ORDER MORE.
He's also not very good about making things right by the customer when it comes to returns or exchanges. If you attempt to return a defective device, he'll just try to give you a measly discount off something else. I've had to go over his head to other, more competent employees multiple times regarding issues I've had, they always helped me, and that's why I kept coming back. Those employees are no longer there, because Tray keeps everyone in the dark regarding the business, will leave for weeks without telling anyone where he's going, or even attempting to make sure his store has stock to sell while he's gone. There was a period of around two weeks where the walls in these stores were almost completely bare, because apparently he hasn't figured out how to properly manage his resources remotely. He's also VERY inconsistent about doing anything on time, whether that comes to opening the store, paying his employees, or resolving customer issues.
To me, Tray comes off as a nepo baby that wants all the perks of owning/running a business, but none of the responsibilities. He needs to do whatever it takes to bring in employees that actually care, stay in the background and count his money, because when he gets actively involved in the customer-facing or logistics side of the business, he falls flat on his face. That would require him having enough self-awareness to get out of his own way, though, and I don't see that happening anytime soon.
tl;dr: The owner's one of those guys that gets more of a kick out of owning a business than doing any actual work, his customer service is TERRIBLE, and all of the employees that cared about providing a great customer experience are now gone. Avoid at all costs unless drastic...

The most recent device I purchased was 11/30/23 and spent over 100 bucks. Yesterday this device started to mis fire, and turn on and off on its own and wasn't usable. I took it to their shop and vana the employee working at the time was great! She tried different things to see if she could get it to work but was unsuccessful. She contacted her manager Tray and he got my info to call regarding the issue. This was at 930am and as of 4pm still hasn't heard from him so I went back to the shop. Vana gave him a call and he informed me that they only warranty their products for 24 hours 🤣 and could give me a 35% off that day only on another device. On my first visit they did not have the juice I needed which was fine and the the associate immediately added it to their order list. Came in about 1 week later and they now stock the juice.
