Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Aiken County

had a frustrating experience at this Chick-fil-A. It took almost 10 minutes to get a gallon of sweet tea and lemonade, which is unusually long. After watching a few cars receive their orders, I stopped a young girl to ask how much longer it would be. She replied, "It takes longer to get a gallon of tea and lemonade. You will have it in a few minutes." I mentioned that I’ve been here before and it never took this long.

Almost another 10 minutes and 8 cars later, I was already upset. I got out of my car to speak with the manager and requested a refund. She explained that the order wasn’t put in correctly and wasn’t visible on their end. During this time, I saw an employee filling the tea jug. A different girl eventually brought out my order without any explanation, and when I looked at her, she responded with laughter along with others at the drive-thru window. I asked her, "Aren’t you supposed to say 'It was my pleasure'?"

The server and other staff members laughed, and I didn't think anything was funny. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager about how unprofessional the server was who delivered my order. She apologized and said "Sorry, be blessed," but the overall experience was very disappointing. This has been my worst experience at Chick-fil-A, and I hope they address the staff’s professionalism and communication in...

Ahh..Chick-fil-A...can't give this place enough stars. The birthplace of the chicken sandwich is ALWAYS on top of things, the food is always impeccable, always consistent and the service you receive is always industry-leading. They have drive-thru service completely figured put....no matter how busy, the line is always moving. Companies try to model their service after Chick-fil-A, and about 5 minutes in any of these restaurants, it's easy to see why. Restaurants are ALWAYS busy, no matter what time of day, but you never have to really wait, either. Most of the time, I get the original chicken sandwich...it never disappoints. I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, as this is their fry option, but the entrées are so good here the sides don't even matter...just get 2 sandwiches and call it a day. Founders are Christian people, and their morals and treatment of people are VERY prevalent in their staff and the way they present themselves. Chick-fil-A isn't called "God's chicken" for nothing... Chick-fil-A, just keep doing what...

Great food as always just like every other Chick-fil-A. They are crazy busy to the point where the police are having to direct traffic in and out of the restaurant. I remember they came down this way a couple of years ago and gave free food away but the manager stated “there was no way in hell they were ever going to put a store up here When a store is just 10 minutes down the road “I found that funny now that there is a Chick-fil-A sitting out front of where the exact location they were giving that free food away in front of Walmart. I sure hope he’s not running this store everyone else seems very friendly, and that guy was the manager from the store on Knox Avenue so he has nothing to do with this Chick-fil-A I hope. You should definitely go check this...
