I came to the North Augusta location and purchased 2 phones, one for myself and one for my daughter. The representative Merci greeted me at the door with a great smile and she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues with my phone! I had pictures and videos that are very important to me and could not lose. She took the time to sit with me and make sure that everything transferred over correctly. That is more than I can say for the other store in town. They just give you a paper and tell you that you can figure it out on your own! If you are looking for a great store with amazing customer service from Verizon, this is definitely the place to come too! I got my first bill and when I opened it I was surprised that everything the representative told me was accurate and nothing more and nothing less! They perform their job here in a way I have never seen before! I am happy to say that this will be the only store I will visit...

My billing period was June 5, 2019 to July 4, 2019. I had two lines with Verizon that I ported to another carrier on June 13, 2019. This is just 9 days this billing period that my phone was active to Verizon The other 21 days were put in suspended service by VERIZON and I was charged for all 30 days. At the same time new carrier is providing my phone service for these same 21 days. I am getting double billed for phone service and VERIZON WIRELESS IS GETTING PAID FOR SUSPENDED SERVICE AFTER I PORTED MY TWO PHONE NUMBERS . SO BEWARE, if you leave Verizon during billing cycle and not on last day of billing cycle. They don't care cause they got paid for service I didn't receive. I say this activity is unfair. Read moreI would like to express my sincere appreciation to the kind lady who sold me my very first smart phone. {yes I'm one of those old dinosaurs that had a flip phone for years.} Her name is Princess and, I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable buying experience for a digital device. Her technical knowledge and ability to navigate multiple sources while migrating my old phone to the new was clearly on display. I went into the store with some trepidation because of my basic lack of knowledge in this area. She put me at ease and guided me through the whole process and I was out of there in very little time the proud owner of an iPhone. I want to thank her, and the Verizon company for hiring people with that level of skill and expertise.
