Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aiken County

The BP/Circle K Gas Station on Richland Avenue (Located Across Street from the Northside Wal-Mart in Aiken, South Carolina); Is Our (being my Husband & I) ... Go-To Place for Gas, Snacks & Drinks etc.

Dunkin' is Located directly beside the BP/Circle K.

Me, Personally; I've always Preffered Starbucks ... over Dunkin' ... a n y Day. Just because I don't Care for it ... doesn't Mean my Children are Supposed to Not Like it as well.

Yesterday Afternoon, Whilst Pumping Gas ... my 2 Year Old Daughter Noticed the Colorful & Tasteful Pictures on the Building. She seemed Intrigued & Excited to Walk Over ... so we Did just that whilst my Husband Finished Up at the Pump.

I Never go to Dunkin', so I wasn't too Sure on their Menu. While Browsing the Menu on the Wall, a little Girl Greets Mariah w/ a White Frosted Doughnut, Top'd w/ Sprinkles! It did Look Yummy & Mariah Licking the Frosting Off of her Fingertips, was enough Confirmation for me! Lol.

Once she Finished, we Left but then Returned after a few Hours.

We wanted to Catch-Up w/ a Racing Buddy & Decided that would be a Good, Opened Place to do so.

When we Arrived ... We Remained the O N L Y Car in the Parking Lot for about an Hour ... until Our Friends Arrived.

Meanwhile, Took Advantage of the Fact that the Parking Lot was like a Ghost Town & decided to Play Tag w/ my Daughter while my Husband Cleaned the Car. 45 Minutes go by, Mariah & I Take a Stroll next Door to the BP/Circle K for another Juice Box. Once Returned ... it wasn't too Long After & so did Our Friends.

(They didn't Meet Us their just Concerning Racing, they also Made a Purchase in Dunkin')

Nevertheless, Our Friends weren't the only ones that came to Accompany Us a Dunkin', a Deputy as well.

Yep, that's R i g h t. A Deputy ...

Dunkin' Called the Cops on Us for being in the Parking Lot, Due to it being awhile since Our Last PURCHASE!!

Did that do A n y t h i n g in their Favor? NOPE! Deputy said himself, that we weren't doing a damn Thing Wrong!

That's just Sad. That they didn't have anything Better to do ... like their Job, Perhaps!

Just One more Reason to Add to the List of Why I don't...

I typically love Dunkin! The last couple of times I went before the “grand re-opening” and the last several times I’ve been since the reopening, Dunkin has come up short. During my visit today I went through the drive thru and no one was parked out front nor was anyone else in the drive thru. Two different voices came on the intercom at once which was confusing, then when I ordered I had to repeat my drink order 3 times. All it was for was a frozen caramel coffee. Btw, they were out of large cups. I asked what flavor doughnuts they had today since it’s not posted on the drive thru menu and the employee laughed then said “a little bit of everything” so eventually I ordered a chocolate iced cream filled doughnut. The entire time she was taking my order she seem distracted and I had to repeat myself more than I should have. When I got to the window, I said “hey” and the employee just held out her hand and didn’t say anything. Neither did the second employee after she gave me my things and still didn’t when I said “thank you.” The drink they gave me was pure white. There is no coffee in it and no caramel either. The doughnut ended up being powdered with chocolate cream. I didn’t get what I ordered and the customer service was unpleasant.

A couple days after the reopening, they were out of almost every flavor doughnut and munchkin. They were also out of caramel and they told me “the frozen machine is down.”

I’m very disappointed in...

I made my first in-app order at dunkin' donuts . I learned that you have to get the timing just right by placing the order and arriving. If not then you are rushing them to fix an order that they just got. To me that sounds like going through the drive-thru anyway, I don't see a difference. That doesn't mean there isn't one because I have worked in fast food. I know that there are rhythms to the beat of music . Although I got my order and was about to check it and the lady working the drive-thru said it's all there so I drove off and I checked it and it was so I came back. I pulled up and just shook my head. No that it wasn't all there because I knew she couldn't hear me and just handed her the bag. And then I had to give her my phone to see what it was and she went around a corner and came back a little while later and told me herehere you go . They had crammed all my order into the same small bag. That just didn't seem like a pleasant thing to hand someone. And another thing . Well two actually , I didn't like handing her my phone and her walk off where I couldn't see. Plus it felt like the time she was gone. She could have checked I camera system to see if I was telling the truth or not. Made me feel kind of funky if that makes sense. Even though all that I still got my food and I didn't start. Plus I learned how to time app orders and...
