North Augusta Wine & Beverage — Local services in Aiken County

They have a very comprehensive beer selection considering the area. They have many craft beers, regional, imports, and of course your basic domestics. The people who work here are super friendly and well versed in the beers. Many of them have tried all or most of the beers and can help you pick one out depending on your preferences. My only real complaint is that they have very little of the beers cold except your bud lights and such. They actually fixed this problem since I've last been in and have a multitude of already chilled beers. As for wine, I've never bought any here, but they do have a very large liquor section with just about everything you could imagine, though I don't drink much liquor myself. Selection is ok. If you are a collector, there are a few items here that may be worth a browse. The gentleman that works there seems a bit prude. Very short and almost rude. I asked how much he wanted for a certain bottle and he cut his eyes and said "the price is the price we font negotiate". I didn't even plan on negotiating. I just wanted to know price and the location. Just a slightly uncomfortable vibe. I spend a lot on the bottles I want. I feel I was placed in a certain customer class when I was in there....

Customer service is not at it’s best here. Although the cashiers are normally really nice. My guy friend asked the female that was walking the floor where a certain drink was she immediately rolled her eyes and rudely and fastly said where the item was as if he was a bother. He didn’t want to ask again so we just went to find it ourselves she came where we were and rudely said “no, right here”!
