Mosa Hibachi & Sushi Webb City — Restaurant in Airport Drive

Okay this is my big surprise for the month. A little sleeper place in Webb City Missouri, I was in Joplin looking for a sushi place looked online for reviews lot of 4143 final four six that was his place it's only 3.4 miles away so let's do it. Just passed the airport on your right your GPS will tell you turn right it's a gravel driveway do it if you hit the roundabout you went too far come back. The food was really fantastic it is a green trailer as you can see my pictures on a gravel road picnic benches on the outside snack area and when I got there there's a couple people there picking up orders by the time I left there was eight cars so got busy around 5:30. I had hibachi chicken and dragon roll. You may think of a food truck as a modern gimmick, but I assure you this place isn't! The vibrantly colored truck and signage makes it very easy to spot. It has a parking area and picnic tables, as well as a great setup for to-go orders. It's nice to have the option to sit and enjoy your food, or grab-and-go. The staff was very friendly, and kindly offered suggestions as well. I had a sushi roll and a hibachi combo. Don't be fooled by the idea that a quick order cannot be elegant. The roll was very nicely presented with great flavor and was satisfyingly portioned. The hibachi combo was great as well. The rice was well done, and paired very well with the sides. The vegetables were nice and crisp, yet not dry. The steak was very well prepared into bite-sized pieces without being over cooked. They are such nice people. I bought food and I'll admit it was my fault for not paying attention, but all of the food that I had just bought ended up in my floorboard, I had been saving my money so I could afford to enjoy some of they're amazing food, so to say I was upset would be an understatement, I was so sad and angry because that was all the money I had for food and it went crashing to the floorboard. So I pulled myself together and asked if it was possible to at least replace the sushi and I would be fine, they could have said no and I would have understood, you can't make a profit by giving food away, but they didn't, they replaced all of it for me, and I have never been so grateful, I plan on paying them back for the kindness.
