Furniture Rescue — Local services in Airport Drive

I called Furniture Rescue to help me repair a scratch on a leather couch. I spoke to Dewey, the owner and he told me that wasn't something they did. BUT THEN, he proceeded to help me find the right stuff to fix the scratch, walk me through how to do it, and even though wasn't making a dime off of me, went above and beyond to help me! It's business owners like this that we want in our community! If I ever need furniture repair, I will be calling these folks for sure.

On a side note, it's a crying shame someone would come on here and give these fine people a 1 star review for not getting back to them in a timely manner during a busy time of year. I get being upset but a 1 star review? Come on now....

Furniture Rescue has worked on several pieces of furniture for my family over the years, but the most recent was the most meaningful as I needed to get a table fixed for a loved one before they moved out of the area. The office manager (I am so sorry, I didn’t catch your name) was incredibly kind and accommodating; she worked us in on short notice. Reese, one of the staff, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The table was fixed, polished, and looks amazing at a very fair price. I called the business June 10, 2020 for a furniture repair appointment. I purchased a beautiful expensive chair from Wayfair. When the chair was delivered both front legs were damaged. The lady I spoke with said the business was a little behind. She told me someone would contact me soon. She also ask me to text pictures of the damage. As of today I have not heard From anyone from the business concerning my request or if I will or will not be able to make an appointment. I am told this business does very good work.
