Cutting Loose Graphics — Local services in Airport Drive

I hate doing this. I read all the great reviews and decided this was the place to go for my Alzheimer's Walk team t-shirts. I had the artwork prepared and I gave them 2.5 weeks.

I felt like I was treated like a second-hand customer. ONE WEEK to get a proof when I provided the artwork. Then the day I asked for them to be ready, I called to check. They had not been done yet. I had to ask them to hurry it up because my walk was at 8am the next morning and I needed to distribute them.

I asked the owner about how long a time it took to receive a proof. He told me that was standard and sometimes 2 weeks. He launched into his story about how hard he works, how late he works, how his wife hates it. I attempted to interject, because I have spent over 40 years in the printing industry, that I knew how he felt. He just spoke right over me. AND as a prepress/graphic artist, I would never DREAM of taking a week to deliver a proof! Especially with prepared artwork!

Instead of apologizing, or anything customer-service oriented, I had to hear his personal issues, which was seriously lacking in professionalism.

The work was well done. I cannot complain about that. But everyone's review talked about speedy service...not sure why my job was so low priority.

I’m more than impressed with the guys here. I wanted a tattered American flag spanning the length and height of my tailgate of my avalanche, my fiancé went to them to get it done for my birthday, they took me in and went STRAIGHT to work on it with no hesitation, they were starting it up before I even walked out the door.
