I ordered online,but didn't see bagged ice on the online menu. So u ordered a bag of ice via the (red button) on the "Stall" Menu Board as I was awaiting my online order to be brought put to me. I then paid ,or so I thought anyways with my card at the stall..but when the car hop brought the bag of ice to me and said the total ,I replied that I already purchased it.. but I guess he was not 100% sure of that so I had him take my card in,to pay in case it didn't go thru the first time,he handed me the ice and said hed brb..AND THAT KID TOOK WHAT FELT LIKE FORRREVER.. To come back out w/my card. Meanwhile I had shakes and ushies and ice..etc.. melting away, waiting on him to come back out with my card..then finally he brought it bk to me and I was able to high tail it bk to my place before all was puddled to oblivion..But fr a frozen items had melted quite a bit by the time I reached my final destination and I wound up losing prolly bout half my ice to the heat of the evening.. but besides that,I guess it was...
Read moreMy wife order off the app. We got to sonic logged we was there. There was vehicles pulling in and receiving their orders way before we got ours. We waited 30 mins with the screen saying your order is in the kitchen. So I hit the button to see what was happening...I was then told they gave our order to another car. They could have told me that once they figured it out but no they didn't say anything. A car hop had came out and took a order to the vehicle beside me..when I went to get his attention he looked at me and turned around and walked off. I have you know this is the second time I have had a similar issue. It's not right for people to experience this type of service no matter what. The manager delivered our order and wanted to make excuses instead of telling me the truth. No happy with any of this. Read moreThe process started well. Until I noticed that a price was different on the screen than what was posted on the menu. When I pointed the difference out to the employee they said that they don't set the prices, the machine does. I know perfectly well that any price can be overridden and corrected. But I moved on. When we got our food they had forgotten, either intentionally or not, two sauces that we had ordered and they corrected that. We double checked the contents of our order and went home to eat it. One burger was not made to our specifications at all (it was the only one we customized). We ordered a number one with only cheese and ketchup. It had mayonaise, no cheese, and bacon on it. How?!? Is there QC at all? Does anyone watch these kids make the food? This isn't the first incident at this location, so we won't be giving them another chance...
