What a bad experience we had. Passing through on a rd trip we stopped to eat, 4 people in the group, 1 of the burgers didn't get ordered and a float, the new girl missed it, not a problem, went to the counter to order both, (cash in hand) the cashier says $2.17, (just the float) I say, no I wanted the burger too, (planning to pay for it) I am standing there waiting and a shift manager comes up behind the cashier and says, "I'm not giving you food for free". That made me mad, very insulting that I was trying to get a burger for free when I had just in fact was telling the cashier she had not charged for it, also just bought 3 other full meals and floats for 3 adults, so I must of had money. I asked to have the store manager come out to speak to me and i paid for the burger and went to sit down. a good 7/8 mins went by, no burger no manager, I went back up to the counter and stated that we had still not received the burger which I had just re ordered and paid for, I was told the manager came out and I was not there, I pointed out that I am sitting right there and please have her come out. again I went to sit and wait, without a doubt we waited another 7/8 mins, no burger no manager. Again I went to the counter, and asked, again I was told she came out but I was not there, (she being manager should of come to my table), when she came out I explained I was very insulted by the guys comment "i'm not giving you food for free, she totally dis regarded my feelings on it and turned it around to be my fault, angry I had a few choice words and then asked for my money back on the $8.00 burger which started all this and that over 15 mins later we still did not have, this girl looked at me and asked wheres your receipt. I think I started seeing red at that point as "the new girl" had not given me a receipt. I was done at that point and asked for the next boss up, name and phone number of the district manager or owner, at which time I was told I cannot get that and asked to leave, as I was leaving I asked the smart mouthed manager her name and she stated Natasha, should I spell it. From an out of towns visor to that town and establishment, I can tell you I would never recommend it to anyone no matter how good the food may be. these workers were rude and it was a bad experience. HOWEVER ZIPS BURGERS, JUST DOWN THE STREET,, AWESOME, GOOD MUSHROOMS AND BURGERS AND FRIENDLY FUNNY STAFF,, I WOULD DIFFIDENTLY...

If there's one thing that makes us temporarily forget about gutters and roofs, it's the delightful root beer floats at A&W! 🍺🍦
First off, let's talk about the nostalgia factor. These root beer floats have magical powers; they transport us right back to our childhood days when life was simple, and the only worry was not spilling any of that creamy goodness.
The A&W staff must secretly be wizards because every sip of that velvety root beer mixed with creamy vanilla ice cream is like a time machine. We're convinced that a sip can cure adulthood, at least temporarily.
And the best part? They've got it down to a science. The perfect ratio of root beer to ice cream every single time. It's like a mathematical equation for happiness, and we're here for it!
Now, let's address the real dilemma here: do we go for the regular size or the mammoth-sized float? Well, we've conducted extensive research (a.k.a. tried both sizes), and we've come to the conclusion that bigger is always better! You know, because adulthood needs a little bit of rebellion, too.
So, if you're ever in the mood for a dose of nostalgia served in a frosty mug with a side of laughter, A&W is the place to be. Plus, it's the perfect pit stop after a hard day's work cleaning gutters and roofs - a reward well deserved!
Thanks, from all of us @ Veracity Gutter And Roof Cleaning, LLC to A&W for keeping the child in us alive, one root beer float at a time. We'll be back for more,...
Read moreI went to three fast food places after a concert at the Northern Quest. Jack in the Box? Ice cream machine down. McDonald's? Closed lobby, huge drive thru line. Frustrated with a denied sweet tooth, we drove in to A&W. They had everything we needed. Food was hot. Service was speedy. Ice cream/floats were delicious. Best part? THE RATIO OF COOKIE DOUGH TO ICE CREAM in the cookie dough arctic whatever you call it. I have never been so pleased. Literally every spoonful of ice cream had at least one cookie dough chunk. I'm crying just thinking about it now. Keeping rocking. If you ever need a place to stop, quit contributing to the frauds across the street. Get yourself some A&W. Also, I went at night on 6/26. Whatever team members were there working, God bless them for working on a Sunday and doing such a great job. Get those folks...
