Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Airway Heights

Hello I want to take a moment to just say that I am a customer that always comes in and every time I order they already know my name and who's calling. Which is amazing because it's that report that has been built through out time. I appreciate that but what I DONT appreciate is the lack of work on my food. The past couple times there's been something that has been wrong whether it the wrong sauce or the food isn't fresh. My last visit seems to make me say that it's gonna be my last visit. I ordered a box with cinnamon sticks and the thing that disappointed me was that the cinnamon stick where almost cold and were crumbling when picking them up. I get that it gets busy but that doesn't mean I get to have cinnamon sticks that have the topping crumble and the base me cold and stiff. It also disappoints me that when I call back to just let them know that I'm a little upset and that I don't want them to remake it just want them to be aware that I wasn't to exited about my food they always find a reason to put the blame on me and say that they didn't do anything wrong putting me in a stage feeling like they don't care. So if Pizza Hut doesn't care about there product and customers(daily customers) why are they still in business and why do I bother to keep coming back to think that just maybe this time I will get some fresh pizza or cinnamon sticks. Iv came to a point that I rather pay a couple bucks more to get dominos then to pay $2-3 less and get bad customer service and bad food. It really sad to see customers get treated like this especially me since I'm always buying pizza from you guys! I'm super upset and definitely at a point where I wouldn't RECOMMEND PIZZAHUT FOR ANYONE due to the lack of hard working and customers...

I was flying out the next morning so I was in a hotel for the night.iended up ordering 102.00 worth of food which was 2 med. Pizzas one with pepperoni only and the other with 4 items on it. I also ordered bread sticks with extra sauce and 3- 20oz Pepsi's. Im not sure where that should come out to 102.00 but that's whatever. So my order arrived at the hotel thru door dash I guess and he leaves my order on the ground in front of my room , knocks on door and leaves. Well he didn't bring our 3 Pepsi's and the pizza with 4 items was still doughy and not all the way done. But I couldn't do anything thru him because when I opened the door he was halfway down the hall. So I went back on the website and chatted thru that and I told them about the sodas and they said they were connecting me to door dash the guy who delivered to us but then nothing came of that and I even tryed talking to them again and nobody would answer me at all after that. All I wanted was the 3 sodas because I'm by the airport and no convenience store is walking distance so I wanted those for drinks . Not to happy about the being ignored and I would have still given a great review if they did anything to make it right but I got ignored. So ya, not the best customer...

I have eaten here before, & it was great , this experience with them, was not good. I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong one, due to the fact that I didn't know the area and am caring for a family member who's stage four cancer and am here for her. Anyway they didn't try to help me figure out who, & where I had called, nor did they come up with solution. I finally came up with, I am standing here so since we're NOT sure wherever I called make my order to go, here. After waiting 20 minutes, which I understand completely, I got the pizza home, the box was warm. Pizza was cold and half of the pizza wasn't cut properly, the other half was falling apart , it almost seemed like someone had smashed it to the box. Literally stuck to inner cardboard, and came out in pieces. I know that I hadn't set anything on the box, and came directly to the house I am staying at. As I said I have eaten here before, and everything was great . I also realize that some of the problem was my fault . I also realize that I came when they were very busy , but I wasn't impressed at all with the service, and certainly NOT the pizza . I might go back 1 time to give them another chance, but wasn't impressed at...
