We ordered from Ubereats and wasn’t disappointed. Really delicious and great portion size for the price. The steak was the only thing a bit skimpy the second time we ordered, the first time it was reasonable (pictures are from the first time). The app is always a bit more expensive than buying directly of course, but it was still very worth the money. My husband and I each got a chicken and beef teriyaki plate and I got us another chicken teriyaki to split thinking it wouldn’t be much food but it was way more than enough. Chicken yakisoba we split was also yummy. I also got us a side noodles to split for the same reason but we ended up with plenty of leftovers. Only nitpick thing I have to say is I would suggest to the restaurant to put the salad dressing on the side for mobile orders. I request for it to be put on the side in the notes bc I knew it would take half hour for delivery and didn’t want it to be soggy. They provided extra dressing on the side however they still dressed the salad itself. It wasn’t too bad but that did cause some texture change and some leaking of the dressing onto the white rice which my husband wasn’t pleased with. Leftover salad was not edible bc of this reason, it was mush a few hours later. We ordered three from them so far and each time they ignored the request to put it on the side. I’m not sure if this is a misunderstanding or if all their salad just comes pre mixed regardless.

I ordered chicken katsu lastnight on Uber Eats from this place. I had ordered double meat and paid extra because I love chicken katsu. When I opened the box It was very unhappy to see my chicken was so dry and burnt. I would never ever serve this to anyone and be ok with it. If they didn't want to make my food, I rather they canceled my order then send me food that wasn't edible. I still have my box of food in my fridge. The egg rolls where burnt and dry but those where decent enough for me to eat because I was starving and had to have something for dinner. I'm very disappointed and will never spend my money on this business that doesn't care enough about keeping or having new customers and taking pride in providing good edible food. I'm gonna post 2 pic one is what I got verses what they normally serve.

I've been on a teriyaki kick lately... However, in Spokane and in the surrounding area(s), it's tough to find the Holy Trinity of teriyaki: good, cheap, and plentiful. Let me clarify, I'm not talking about fine dining teriyaki at a destination Japanese restaurant, but reasonably healthy "fast casual" teriyaki. You know, the kind you find on every block all over the west side. Teriyaki Spice comes pretty damn close to that standard. That's not to say there aren't other good options in Airway Heights but Teriyaki Spice comes the closest to the kind of joint you find from Fort Lewis to Ballard in terms of style and price. Don't let the fact that it is in a gas station fool you.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I’m going to and I don’t care. I’ve been to this place a few times now and every time I go the food is average yet the high Prices always get me and I understand there’s other places to go and why do I keep going back but I kept wanting to give this place a chance and I don’t think I’ll go back after this time. I ordered two orders of the three piece potstickers and they came out to be $14.14 . Isn’t that pretty high for just six potstickers and they were not good at all they tasted bad and it gets really frustrating when you pay a lot of money for mediocre food. Congrats that you guys get loyal customers that think your food is amazing. It’s average at best and like I said please improve on your potstickers because they were awful. And your employees should have a little bit more energy. If I was charging my food at these prices I would be kissing the customers feet. The girl wasn’t mean by any means just kind of blah. No thank you, no hello, I don’t know I guess I’m used to people being humans and saying hi how are you thanks for coming to our restaurant but maybe I’m the weirdo. Please take this constructive criticism as some thing to improve on because I notice when I read responses of owners or managers they always take the defense route and they don’t pay attention to the grievances. I cook all the time yet sometimes need something fast but I’ll keep cooking from now on. Panda...

Normally, I don’t like to leave bad reviews for restaurants but considering the fact that the woman who helped us was very rude, I’m going to. This place was a huge let down and the pictures from the website do not match what is actually being served. The potstickers were literally the worst I’ve ever had. I could only take one bite and didn’t bother to eat the rest. They didn’t use actual potsticker wrappers. Very inauthentic. On top of the eggrolls still being frozen on the inside, they were also disgusting. The beef in the teriyaki plate tasted old and had a very strong onion marinade that I could not get past. I’ve never had true teriyaki with onion. If anything, green onions as a garnish but that’s it. Not to mention, the beef was chewy. Noodles were very strange and almost tasted like there was tomato paste in the sauce. Even the soda was flat. Most tables were dirty and the condiments on each table were almost empty AND dirty. Absolutely disgusted by this experience. I could not bare to eat the food. We didn’t even eat half of it before we left and went to Panda Express next door… Extremely disappointed with the...
