Super friendly staff, but a nightmare to deal with when trying to plan out a project using actual building materials / lumber. You can't walk through the lumber yard because it's a truck loading area? There are no prices posted on the website. I guess you have to talk to someone at the pro desk, but there was no one there. I walked out to my car and placed a $9k order from Lowes and scheduled same-day delivery for $79. It took 6 minutes. Not exaggerating.

I have no idea if you are cheaper, more expensive, more convenient, offer delivery, etc. I have ZERO clue about what lumber you stock. Like zilch. I mean, it's just a big mystery in that sweet warehouse. One worker told me to take a picture of a sticker on something and they could get pricing info. WHAT?! Nice new store and super friendly workers standing all around the store. Maybe have them put prices on things while they're asking if people need help. We can help ourselves. But you have to let us. Had hope bc it's a really nice place. But ending up being a confusing and frustrating experience. Not to mention an epic waste of valuable jobsite time.

And you need wifi. Had no signal in there.

We went there with our Husky today to browse and see what they have in dog food and supplies for house plants. Our Husky is a picky eater with a sensitive stomach, and is not a fan of his current kibble. We met Harley, the manager of the Pet department. She listened to us and we found what we were looking for. To top it off, it's for sensitive stomachs and our Husky loves it. Breakfast is now a good start of the day for him. He gets fresh food for dinner. Harley is very knowledgeable and amazing to talk to. She gave him a treat, after asking if she could. We also got him a bully stick, lol. Other staff was just as kind and welcoming. We are definitely adding this store to our regular...

This is the third or fourth time I’ve been to this location every single time the quality of service I receive from the employees there is impeccable today I went to grab some lumber for a project for my wife I told the gentleman in the lumberyard what I needed and I went inside to pay for it. Normally, I handpick through lumber just to make sure I’m getting quality boards. I came back out to my truck and the gentleman that worked there had picked out some great boards out of their stack and loaded without me, even having to ask him for better quality boards. I really appreciate this...
