I am usually very impressed with the locations environment and kindness from the employees but the last 2 times I went was extremely horrible. The girl had a friendly attitude when she's talking with her co-workers but she's too out there to be serious treated me like I was dumb not just once but both the times I went in. Usually that's my favorite location. Honestly I don't think I even want to go anymore. It was a very bad experience. And when I got my order. I sat there for a minute like what cuz she was quick to close the window so when I waved my hand to the guy he came to the window and I asked him if I could have some soy sauce please and he handed it to me like I was a dirty disease. It was very uncomfortable. And what I don't understand is I get the same thing every time and it is 12 something and then the next time it's like 17 something nothing changes. And it irritates me very bad like they need better customer service like more professional employees that can handle the job. The first time that I got treated like that I asked for a bigger plate with fried rice and half white rice and two orders of teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef and I wanted to order another side of honey walnut shrimp it didn't matter how much more it costed it just matter that I got it I didn't get the honey want a shrimp no soy sauce like I asked. It was a complete mess like I love Panda Express very much okay it's one of my favorite go-to places I I enjoy it very much and when I decide to take my money to some place that I enjoy and I don't get what I want and I get treated like a dumbass it kind of puts a damper in my mood and makes me not want to go anymore it's definitely not fair and we'll see what happens in the future please think about it or at least tell your staff to be mature and do their job right there's a time to laugh and play. monday Dec 23 ...
Read moreI ordered online. The ready time was 1140 am. The app said to go directly to cash register. I had already paid on the app. I arrived at just after 1140. I walk up to register to be ignored for at least a couple mins. When I asked where I should go for online order pickup the young lady said she needed to help the people in the line. That was out the door. I waited another 5 mins. And asked again about my order to be told she was really busy with customers and I needed to wait. I to am busy at lunch trying to get a lunch done in a timely manner which is why I used the online ordering. I then stated I was all so a paying customer and by this point would have been served if I had just walked in off the street and got inline. This time she looked at me and turned around and ignored me. At this point the mgr came over and said he would get Order. A few mins later he dropped it on the table I was sitting at and said she never gave home the order. So I ordered at 1125 with a pickup time of 1140. I walked out with my food at 1155. Read moreI live half an hour away and I got the wrong bag of food from the drive through. I called, I was nice the entire ordeal. It started off with 4 people hanging up on me. I finally got to one person, which was awesome but at that point I didn't want gift cards or my name on the list for a replacement meal. I just wanted a refund. Finally after along time she took my number and said the GM would call tomorrow to issue a refund. A week went by with nothing. I went in there with the recipe and they still did everything to just put my name on the "list". This time they were out of gift cards and wanted to end it there. We'll I think that's a really crappie way to treat a customer. I got a meal I didn't want and didn't eat, I went through all the hassle of dealing with getting hung up on and refused reasonable compensation. My family and I will never eat at another Panda express again. The food is good, most of the people there are pretty cool but I not only lost the $15 meal but time and fuel and got all the hassle from management on something they screwed up on.
