Ive been to this location many Saturday nights after i leave my hospital job at 11pm. Advertised hours that they are open till midnight on Saturdays. They have closed up shop and wont answer at drive thru speaker or telephone often 30 mins prior to advertised close hours. Even just to offer up the explanation why they "had to close early". Tonight i arrived at 11:13 pm and same deal. I arrived at 11:13 pm (Saturday), no answer at speaker or by phone, drove around to exit and each of the 4 employees cars were quickly filling with excited kids laughing, happy to cut out early. I asked if they could tell me if their hours changed so i dont keep driving out here when im getting off work so late. Two of the boys acknowledge the question yet just hop in their cars. How lucky for the owner to have utter d**bags representing their business. I brought the consitant Fri. & Sat early closures to the manager 2 months ago, she didnt want to tell me any of the owners info, offered an embarassing lame excuse of running out of possibly all chicken (despite this consistantly and only happening on Fri & Sat). After my phone call to her, miraculously they remained open till midnight for the next 3 weekends. But old habits die hard. Theyre truly taking advantage of the owners payroll. And the manager NEEDS to get the sense to change the advertised hours to 11p to accomodate these kids party plans and stop abusing the publics time. Im never alone in that drive thru when the kids are cutting out early. Monday I'll Olympia State Commerce for info on owner to make sure he's aware the manager, at best, is covering for kids consistant excuses for closing early. No other late night chain fast food would think of...
Read morePossibly the worst customer service by a team of know-nothing, do-nothing teenagers. If the food prep as unprofessional as their customer service, I would not trust the food or food prep either. Standing inside the store, when I asked, after 45 minutes, when my order might be done, they advised me that OH! they would start it right now. Since I couldn't wait I asked for a Manager to process a refund but only a "stand in" Manager was available. I asked him what the non-stand in Managers name was and he replied in the dullest of intellect "uhhhh...... Anna." So I asked, if I called, should I ask for "uhh Anna" he stated that I needed to leave the store, which I did. Sadly, this is not the first time a similar experience has occurred here. No chicken available on a Friday night; and several orders lost to God knows where. The owners obviously care nothing about hiring even modestly capable workers; I cant believe this is the best they can do. I know 20 people over 40 that would work circles around the lame punks they have there now. And they also give them exactly zero training because as an ex-Customer Service Manager I could name 100 better ways to have dealt with me. The stand in Manager actually blamed me because I had not PHONED in my order!!! Walking through the front door just wasn't quite good enough for Dillard, the Dullard Stand In Manager. Ugghh. Clueless. They don't deserve your business and the staff appears entirely untrained and unprofessional. Last...these "local guides" are clueless. They offer reviews that are lies and contribute nothing, they are...
Read moreToday at 7:50 pm I placed an order for three pieces of chicken (only) for Quick Pick up using the app. I received an email confirmation showing 7:55. I arrived at 8:08. There was no order in the Quick Pick Up window. There were no customers in line. I waited about 10 min and someone finally asked if I needed help (8:18). I told them that I had a Quick Pick Up. He asked my name. I told him and he said that he would go get it. While waiting several people came in, placed orders, and received them. At 8:42 he said he had my order ready. It consisted of three large bags and a lot of drinks. He asked if I would like a holder for my drinks. I informed him that was not my order. He asked my name again. I told him. He then said that they had no order in the system under my name and asked to see my order receipt. I showed it to him. He looked embarrassed and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter right "NEXT" to and "BEHIND" the Quick Pick Up window the whole time. He said "I'm sorry" with a big cheesy grin and walked away. I was too hungry and tired to make a deal out of it. So, I just went out to my car to eat it. Instead of being crispy the breading was moist and soggy and slid off in chunks when I picked the chicken up. It was kind of slimy and doughy when eating. Not a remotely satisfying experience. Plus, I left out all the really...
