I was here today at roughly 2:40pm. Worker name Alysa waited on me at the counter and she has to be the rudest worker I have ever encountered. She never said a single word just looked at me all irritated, so I said I would like a Number 2 meal, she groaned. I said can I get the potato cake with that, not a word just a sigh. I said I would also like an Apple Turnover, she groaned and sighed again. Instead of handing me my drink cup she slammed it down on the counter. Then when my food was placed on the tray instead of setting it on the counter or even handing it to me, she stood back from the counter and flung it onto the counter at me. I don’t know if it was because my skin was a different color than hers, but she definitely didn’t want to do her job and serve her customer. I was most certainly the minority in this establishment. Read moreTried ordering online so I could get the promotions they had online only but my app kept signing me out and taking forever to load took me almost 15 mins to finally order food for 3 people just to have it not accept it because they stopped taking online orders an hr before they closed which was at 1 and I tried hitting complete order at 12:02 I called that store and spoke with someone by 12:04 when they explained all this to me I told them what had happened and asked if there was anything they could do to still be able to honor those online only order deals the guy I spoke with said no there was noway to change anything and nothing he could do as he rushed to hang up. Read moreThe lady in the drive thru was light weight rude. Not to me but to the lady working the counter. She tripped out and wanted the doors locked right away at like 815 pm. Why I have no idea cause it wasn't like she offered the lady working the counter any help. She stomped around snapping like a turtle. The lady working register had some serious resilience/ patience cause I would have walked out on all of em. Instead she was nice, polite even with my pain in the ass big order. Even after the drive thru turtle told her we couldn't run separate orders cause even though the doors were locked and there was only 1 other guy behind me in the restaurant and not a chance she would need my register lady's help they just couldn't run 2 orders from little ol me.
