Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Akron

I almost wish I could give negative stars. Worst chipotle ever!! I love chipotle and have visited many different locations over the years. I have always commended them on delishiousness, speed and most importantly the BEST costumer service EVER- right there with Starbucks. This location has HORRIBLE customer service, beyond awful! The attitude is enough to make me say "forget this" and walk out. The employees even huff and puff while you order. Always trying to charge extra when they haven't even given a full scoop. I'm not asking for extra or I would understand being charged I'm literally only asking for what I'm paying for!! They are always in such a hurry even rushing the customer even during non peak hours!! At these times I think they could take the opportunity to fill up and switch out the empty pans they are still trying to serve out of - it's like they would rather be lazy than serve fresh food! The lettuce looks weeks old, the guacamole is browning already, the chicken looks sad and they never have black beans so the just pour on the bean juice!!!! The girl waiting on me even rolled her eyes and sighed when I kindly asked for gauc because she was out of it and had to turn her body around to grab the new pan of it in order to give me some... Then scooping a pathetic amount onto my bowl. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and anyone I encounter to never go to this location. No paying customer needs to be treated so rudely for food that has been sitting out all day...only to leave in a terrible mood from being so upset with your experience. I will take my...

Never have I ever received such poor quality at an establishment to invoke me writing a negative review towards them until tonight. I'm not sure who to blame in this scenario, but my visit tonight was really something else. I stood around the mobile order pick up stand for maybe 7 minutes until someone acknowledged me, and when they did, they simply stood near the cashier area and stared at me until I said my order name. On top of that, they were visibly out of ingredients such as cheese and chips (2/5th of my meal) and the worker who made my meal (the same one who acknowledged me, also fully knowing this information) did not disclose it to me when making or giving me my order. As I left, I could see that the place was really trashy with overflowing trashcans inside and dirty tables containing other customers' bags and old rice from however long ago. A really unfortunate experience overall because in the past I have received much better. Again, I'm not sure who to blame. Myself for ordering past 10pm, the workers for not trying harder within their last half hour before they close, or maybe even the management at the location or in general for not keeping their team up to par. Some tips for other customers: Probably best not to order here past 9 pm or so. (they are open until 11 pm) Most likely, they will be out of some ingredients (such as I saw other reviews say) For the workers: I hope you all have better nights working together. If I could give no stars I would,nautika the manager wouldn’t give order sour cream, someone tell me how you eat tacos without sour cream but had sour cream for the 2go orders they didn’t tell us until we got to the end of the food prep line to tell us they couldn’t give us any sour cream I also called and ask to speak with a manager and it was Nautika she told me she couldn’t give us sour cream because it was for to go orders only but witnessed them giving people in line sour cream that wasn’t to go orders so picking and choosing who to give it to I asked for corporate‘s number she said there wasn’t a corporate office I asked for a general manager she said it was Nicole but was not allowed to give her information out when she would be there!!
