Taco Bell — Restaurant in Akron

The past 2 times I've gone here, it tasted like my food sat out for a long time. The chalupas were so dried out it feels they sat there for hours, the tacos so soggy that they disintegrated as I tried to eat them. Both had meat that were room temperature and made me question the safety of even eating it. Absolutely disgusted by the food I've gotten here recently. I'm never going back to this T-Bell.

Edit 7/10/19: Went back because I was craving T-Bell again. The clerk was very nice, however when I went to fill my drink (Kickstart) the drink machine seemed clogged, then chunks of mold started coming out of the machine. This location needs inspected by a health inspector. Received food that was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a long while again.

Edit 7/17/19 Received an email from The summit county health inspector notifying me that mold and other debris had been seen spotted in the soda machine during the complaint inspection they said it was cleaned at the inspector's request. So the customer service and food was great, that has always been the case from this Taco Bell. However, when we sat down to eat our food, there were multiple people sitting in the dining area that hadn’t ordered anything and were clearly under the influence of hard drugs. Granted, this isn’t uncommon for our area. We live in a low income neighborhood so this wasn’t much of a surprise. However, one of these said persons followed my sister towards the bathrooms, another stared at us for a huge portion of our meal, and finally as we were getting ready to leave, a woman came up asking us for money. Like I said, this isn’t unusual behavior for the area that we live in. But when my husband went up to the counter and suggested that the employees ask them to leave since they didn’t purchase anything and we’re simply loitering, nothing was really done. My concern is that people shouldn’t be harassed or feel unsafe while they’re trying to enjoy a meal, and the employees thought it was a joke. This has been dropped to a one because of the service they can't seem to keep people here I was waiting on my order inside and four young guys complain and said they wanted their money back they came in 15 minutes after me and he gave him their order before me just cuz they bitched I was infuriated but I wanted my food so I waited anyways it took 35 minutes while the drive-thru just float around these stores put a concentration on their drive-thrus and it pisses me off to no end if you're here or at any Taco Bell after 4:35 around dinner time and until later around maybe 9:00 depending on the location they're just atrocious go to Chipotle go inside you'll get your order in a matter of minutes even if there's 10 people in line and yes that's how I feel.
