I decided to order food for my lunch at work today, and I wanted to try something different, so I opted to get wings from the Exchange Street location. I was warned by everyone I work with that they take a notoriously long time to deliver, so I ordered online at the start of my shift. I put down to have it delivered for a future-time of 8:30p, as I have a scheduled lunch time. I got a call at 3:30p that my food was outside....5 hours earlier than I had asked to have it delivered. I told the driver it was not supposed to be there yet and to take it back. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who said the font-type on the online order tickets was too small and they missed the delivery time. However, he said he would make a fresh batch and have it delivered at the correct time. He warned it would be busy tonight due to a game. I politely suggested they leave earlier so as to get it here by the time I needed it. 8:30p rolls around, and lo-and-behold, my food was nowhere to be seen. So I waited. 9p rolls around and I called and spoke to the same manager, who didn't give me his name until I asked (it was a Devon working). I told him that they can deliver my food 5 hours early but cannot get it by a specified time. He again said they were very busy to the point where drivers could not get out of their parking lot. I again politely suggested they should leave earlier, especially if the order was for a requested time. I asked if there was anything he could offer me for my inconvenience and he told me flat-out no, that I had not received my food yet and that it was still within the delivery time. I asked for the store manager's name. He stated he was the store manager. I asked for his boss's name and contact info. He flat-out refused, stating it was "not their policy" to give that info. The manager then just plain hung-up on me. My food arrived finally around 9:30p...an hour later than I had requested it. I told the driver he was supposed to be here at 8:30p, and he stated that he thought that time was for when the food should be ready. I asked him how long ago he had left, and he replied "just a few minutes ago." So either the delivery driver was lying or the manager was. On top of the food being late, it was cold. Barely even warm...I would imagine because it was sitting around waiting to be delivered. This is absolutely unsatisfactory service. To be that late for a delivery and for the manager to act like it was no big deal is mind-boggling! Especially when they were given 6 HOURS NOTICE. No excuse. Fellow employees have told me horror stories of waiting 2 hours for a small order of wings...Now I see why everyone warned me not to order from there. Avoid this and opt for something faster and...

Then he proceeded to give me wings that was rubbery and not done. He talking about the internal temp of the chicken, and do I know what it's supposed to be. Sir that chicken is not done you're going to give me food poisoning. If I can see pink and the skin of the chicken pale. That mess is not done! Get a new thermometer. And plus I PAID EXTRA FOR EXTRA CRISPY Chicken!He got horrible customer service skills. I even try to give him an example if he came into my Healthcare facility. And I gave him the wrong vaccines and had a horrible bedside manner he would be pissed. That flew right over his head he still didn't get it. Not once apologized for the mess up. He steadily making excuses. Had to come back in and wait for my chicken to be remade again. Dude was arrogant. Then he act like I should be grateful he is helping me, and watch how I'm speaking to him. Sir who raised you🤦🏾♀ As if I'm not the consumer the person that just paid $28 for some food! As if my order should not be corrected. Then the third time around chicken still not extra crispy something you pay extra for make it make sense. All these people in the reviews are not exaggerating I thought I would give it a try myself. They are accurate! Go find your chicken and Gyros somewhere else. Cuz this place is not it and I'm sure there's other places that have better customer service as well. When you're spending your hard-earned money with them. Gyro Trash, chicken Trash. The Only Thing Worth eating was the cinnamon apple pizza. Maybe y'all should get some new cooks too 🤷🏾♀ and I'm going to start packing lunch for work....
Read moreOver the weekend I was at euro and ordered two drinks, one for me and a friend. I walked outside with my friend to lock my door in the front of the building which took 5 seconds. When I came back in some skroney security guard grabed my friends drink and said no out side drinks and threw it away. After clearly seeing me step outside for 5 seconds he tried to grab my drink in I didn't let him. I showed him how they weren't outside drinks because they were new and from this bar. He still insisted. I went to complain to the manager and the security guard chaced me down putting his hands on me while I was trying to get the attention of the supervisor. I told him to get his hands off of me and gestured my arms up and stepped back. He made a scene and I calmly left the area and went ato buy another drink. After hearing and seeing the confrontation the supervisor Justin did not try and replace my drink and just said I'm sorry you'll have to buy another one. This place I love but could def have some small tweaks hear in there. Today I went back to order some food and altho my favorite chef James wasn't their I still tipped them pretty good. And said please make my subs with a little love. And they did the opposite. Inopened them and they were both wet and saugy..I had to turn it upside down to eat the thing. Anyway I will continue to go back I just hope they respect their customers a little more and pay more attention to detail. Because it's really the small things that make any business great. And a staple in the community. Consistency is key. I'll recommend this place to anyone just don't get upset if something doesn't end up going your way.
