My fiance stopped in at the east exchange subway on his way home from work. The experience for the 2nd time was absolutely horrible. The entire time he was ordering i was on the phone with him so i could tell him my order and see how this experience would go 2nd time around. I must say the manager Suzie taking his order disgusted me. During his ordering process she was continuously cutting him off and rushing his ordering process. When it came time for him to order my spinach wrap he asked me if what he told her was all i wanted and she said... "What?" My fiance said sorry was talking to my fiance and suzie very ignorantly said "well i dont need you to talk to your fiance imma need you to talk to me"... Me being on his bluetooth in his car phone i said "yes thats it but she didnt have to be so rude!" Finishing the ordering process he asked the price and she said "wait i need to ring it up... And tell your fiance that sorry (sarcastically) if i came off rudely but we are short staffed." Suzie was very unprofessional and i am very disgusted...my fiance and myself both being restaurant managers... This business definitely needs some changes. I will not be returning and I'm very sure you have lost business and will continue to lose business with the staff you have employed...
Read moreOrdered a BMT with mayo and got a mayo sandwich with a side of meat. It was so much mayonnaise that it soaked through the bag. I took it back to the store. The worker remade the sandwich with a lovely side of attitude and resentment and then told me they swipe the mayo three times to just order it on the side next time. The bottle hole was significantly larger than other subways there is no way that they don't know that too much is coming out of the bottle. I had to tell her to stop because she was putting too much on for a second time. I explained this identical sandwich has been order dozens of times and never have I gotten one that was inedible due to being soaked in mayo and soggy. The second employee was dancing and twerking in the store while there were 3 customers in there. Just don't do it. Go to another Subway. The east market location is good. I almost forgot to mention that the fresh vegetables and the containers had visible frost from the freezer on them. They clearly had been frozen and not fresh at all. Just don't, they will...
Read moreBlown away by how much business these employees are turning away. Lobby doors are locked, the drive thru is open for pick up but they are not accepting new orders via the drive thru. Thankfully I ordered online so they had to prepare my order but I watched seven other cars drive up and be turned away by a woman with an attitude that was discouraging customers from spending their money here. I genuinely can't believe that ownership would let this happen if they knew.
When I asked for a phone number for corporate at the window I was given more attitude and told that there were 14 orders ahead of mine and they couldn't process them our of order. They told me to look up the phone number and refused to give me a name or number. They returned with my sandwich 5 minutes later, the sandwich that they claimed was fresh and hadn't even been started 5 minutes ago but my toasted sub was cold. This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life, none of the other J&K subways are...
