I typically get my food delivered via Uber Eats from here and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. As a frequent visitor of Swensons, I have come to expect delicious burgers, crispy fries, and refreshing drinks. However, the food I received at this location was nothing like that. The burger was dry and lacked flavor, the fries were soggy and cold, and the drink was watered down.
To make matters worse, this location has consistently failed to fulfill my orders correctly. Every time I have ordered from here, at least one item has been missing. It's incredibly frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on food that is subpar and to have to constantly check my bag to ensure that my order is complete.
In comparison to other Swensons locations in the Akron surrounding areas, this one falls short. I would highly recommend staying clear of this location and visiting the one on S Hawkins and W Market instead. The difference in food quality and customer service is night and day.

So it doesn't really make sense that I'm leaving it a one star review, if I order there all the time. however, every time I order here, no matter what day the week what time of day or what I order my order is never correct when I get it and this location really doesn't have very great customer service because they don't have any. It's a satellite store. This means they just take orders online. If you want to complain, you have to talk to your card company or Goodluck with God. For the last year i'd say they have forgotten 1 to 2 items per each order every single time. And I order maybe once a month. Trying to call them about it And it's the biggest hassle in the world to deal with. I would avoid this place. I would not go back and I will not be going back any further.
