Kc's Nashville Nights — Restaurant in Akron

Two friends and I were at Kc's Nashville Nights on Friday the 13th to see Junkman. We had a great night, and a few drinks. The bar itself is very clean and a great atmosphere. The bar staff however, were very rude and ignored us whenever we went up to the bar to get refills, until someone else flagged them down for us. I gave them my card, and had them put my friend and I's drinks on my tab. We had a few drinks, but I still managed to settle my tab, leave a $20 tip, and get my card back. It wasn't until the next morning that I realized that I had been over charged by about $40. I'm currently contesting the charge with my bank to see if I can get some of my money back, and hopefully I can. I've learned to only take cash and request an itemized receipt afterward.

Ok. So the bathrooms are immaculate.. Possibly the cleanest men's room i have EVER seen at a bar. The bar is dated, but let's be honest, you're ONLY coming here for the live music!!! This is not a sports bar or a club, it is a live music venue. The sound system was perfect for the room and the operator took a lot of pride in the sound. The stage was a nice set up. The bad.. While it is a huge bar serving area, they only had 2 bartenders that couldn't keep up with the rush of the band. At one point I waited almost 30 minutes to get served and seemed to average 10-15 minutes. On a whole I had a good time and saved a lot of money not being able to get drinks...

I love the place! They have good music, good fun. The owner is smart about this area liking more southern rock. Rock bands cover classic rock and blues as well. Great place!! They need to repair the cracks/holes in the dance floor in 2015! The place is clean (including bathrooms), safe, and fun place to go. The seating is a bit weird now that you have to sit on a stool rather than backed chairs. Should have at least 2 tables with appropriate chairs. But....I like the way they keep the drinks off the dance floor and people have a place to go outside to smoke in a very nice...
