the absolute, most worst service I have ever had in my life. We ordered 48 bone out, buffalo medium wings...we were delivered buffalo burnin hot instead. Our wings came in 2 different buckets and the delivery guy had them balancing on a empty pizza box...as soon as he handed over the wings the box fell and about 16 wings fell out. We called this time and placed a delivery over the phone to order 16 more. As we are eating what we have left of the wings, my friend bit into one that had about a 6 inch hair on it. We called the store and the assistant manager and manager began arguing with us and cussing. Telling us that the hair did not come from them...when nobody in the house had that color hair. We were hung up on 3 times by these VERY unprofessional and disrespectful people who run the store? When we asks their name and store number to call corporate the lady (asst. manager) told us her name...would not give us the spelling, her last name or the store number. She told us her managers name and gave us two different names..refused to tell us and she hung up on us again. When our second order of 16 wings came, the delivery driver, who was a girl said she needed the wing with the hair in it...when we were told by the asst. manager that we were to give them all of the wings we had ordered....the delivery driver then began arguing with us and we just gave her the one wing...paid for our order and let it go. We were told after they "investigated" the wing that it would be 45 minutes and that they'd replace our delivery of 48 new wings. 2 hours pass by and we still have no wings...not eating the first batch we had ordered because that's the one that the hair had came with. So we call and ask what is the status of our replacement order, asst. manager and the manager of this store take turns getting on the phone back and fourth arguing with us, still cussing. All we wanted was a replacement order of wings because we had a hair in ours. We did not ask for a refund. We were not cussing and yelling until we were first cussed and yelled at. We simply just wanted a replacement order. Finally after being hung up on 5 times, we just asked for a refund for both orders. Asked them to take both orders back and refund us our money. The manager said he would not do that. Finally we said we had the phone recording...(which we did not) and were calling corporate with him and his asst manager cussing at us, while we are trying to resolve things with the manager, the asst. manager is still in the background cussing and screaming. The manager finally agreed to refund but said we would have to come in the store. He finally decided to deliver us our refund, had us sign some papers and took our wings. We never wanted to have a refund we just wanted our order replaced but after the utter disrespect and in professionalism. I will never order from that store again, I am considering never ordering from Pizza Hut again. It is just ridiculous to treat customers who spent 50$ + in wings. We wanted to have a good night with family and it was the total opposite full of chaos due to these people who act like they are in high school and they are supposed to be in charge of running a store. Read moreI ordered Pizza Hut for my family using the app. I ordered a box meal consisting of two pizzas, pasta, and bread sticks. I received notification from the app saying my order was ready and that I had received 46 points for the transaction. I paid for the order using Apple Pay online. As I pulled up to the window and gave the cashier my name, he said ma’am, I’m not seeing an order.
I showed the young man the app showing that my order was ready, as well as showing the points I earned, and the store I ordered from, as well as my receipt of payment that came from Apple Pay. He said that there had been issues with the app, and that he would grab a manager.
The manager came and I showed him the same prof. He confirmed that they hadn’t received the order due to an app issue and he asked me to pull up my email and see if there was a message. I had received an email saying that my order could not be processed. I explained to the manager that my payment had been taken and not yet refunded( to which I proved), and that I pulled up in expectation to pick up dinner as I didn’t know anything except what the app confirmed. He told me he would call the DM and ask what to do. He came back to the window and told me that the DM said, there was nothing he could do because they didn’t receive the order due to the system error. He said I’d likely get a refund in 1-7 business days.
I explained to him that I had only had 25$ and I spent 23.99 on the dinner. This is how I planned on treating my family for dinner and without any spare money I could not just go and order elsewhere. I explained that this left me in a dilemma because my family still needed to eat and now I couldn’t go to the grocery store or order elsewhere because I had no money. He told me there was nothing else he could explain to me and he shut the order window.
I sat in the driveway feeling dumbfounded and baffled. I immediately called corporate because how was i supposed to feed my family now!!! Corporate could not come up with a solution because they said the store was a franchise. While still on the phone with corporate, the manager comes outside to my car window and once again try’s to argue his point. I try explaining to him once more and he tells me he does not want to hear it because I’m just repeating the same things and says to move my truck out the driveway. I ask him why is he antagonizing me, I explain that I’m on the phone with corporate trying to find a solution and I also explain that I am not blocking his order window. He says well I’ll just call the cops and tell them to escort you off my property. I said please do.
Officer Ryan came and after explaining to him the situation he says, “I understand why you are frustrated and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just make the order providing that you have shown all necessary prof. Read moreWow this place or should I say it's Mgr is a Disgrace. Not only to Pizza Hut and the local franchise that opens it owns it, but to all customer service. People the absolutely rude. Yelling at a customer because their customer's order was completely wrong. They had phone numbers. You know you dial that tell you that these are recorded lines and it's easy to verify what was actually said. They delivered it to the wrong place completely the other side of town and then the Porter was wrong on. Top of it, they put me on hold. Then they never came back on hold when I did get put out your call from another line. While that 1 was on hold, they basically pick up and drop the phone right back down. When the manager came on the line, she just yelled at me that they were so busy. Let me tell you about busy. I'm a 40 year veteran of food service. I ran some of the highest volume stores. Pizza shops in the country. My last store in Philadelphia. We sold 600 pizzas between 5 and 8 o'clock. I was a franchise manager. The year I was a multi award-winning manager. And what I find is absolutely appalling in this situation. And they record those conversations for training and news and whatever they're training and what not. They need to listen to their conversations both from when it will. Was ordered and from each call that was made. I may have told them. I was angry and I wouldn't just speak to somebody at the store. And each time that they hung up on me. I called back and progressively did get angrier. But I never called anybody names as I was accused of and I may have raised my voice but I never yelled at anybody. This manager is a disgrace. Pizza needs to investigate these phone calls. I'd be happy to provide them with your ticket. I'd be happy to provide them with the information on the exact time of each calls. Never does any customer deserve. The attitude and the garbage that I just went through 2 hours for a building. That is literally on 200 yd.
