American Deli — Restaurant in Alabama

Ordered through DoorDash Chantilly Parkway store on a Saturday night. Called the store the manager and told him that it was unacceptable, said he would remake and make it right. Wings were discarded pieces and fries were not cooked fully.Went back and a different manager was there and would not honor to make it over. Gave me the third degree and tried to embarrass me inside the store as if I would waste my time to make up something. I showed him the address, my receipt and confirmed with one of his workers that was in the store when it was picked up. Told me to do whatever because he couldn’t remake or give me a refund. Went there 11/14/20 made my order waited 23 minutes for it when i realized that i was the only person left ,it was about 5 people in there 4 waiting outside in their car. My order number was 150 they called number 153,154,155. Employee saw me and asked my number i said 150. She told the cooks to get 150 ready. I waited another 10 minutes and asked 4 a refund she said no refunds pointing to the hand written sign said no refunds. So what am i supposed to do wait here all night while they play around. So they made my order because i caused a scene. Of course i hard overcooked wings. Not going back to...

Terrible!!!! Went there today and ordered wings and shrimp fried rice. the shrimp was placed on top of the rice and there were only about 10 pieces at that.was only given two packs of soy sauce and the cashier told me if i wanted more i'd have to pay for it because they already cook the sauce in the rice. The rice still taste it hard. the chicken was too salty and the pieces were very small. For what you pay it wasn't worth the price. Will never go there again and don't recommend for anyone...
