Called in the same number and address and I have not ever changed my name and I was called a stranger but it was not surprising that I was not labeled correctly and I explained that it is a mistake that I was hacked and phone was hacked but I am still the same person, military, address and Indendified I was not the individual who was named, laughed and said that I had been hacked by a individual and I was not the individual who was named for the number who appeared on the caller ID and said that I was just the same David black ops military from my last 5 years of delivery to my address and I was not even able to get my order taken, but I was just placed on hold 6 called attempts in a row and hung up on with no conversation with my self, I just got hanging up with my time with them picking up my calls and not ever saying anything for 45min straight. If you are American you don't want to do anything that is financially beneficial to the people who are under the impression that I am not worth talking to after 5 years of time with them delivering it to my family previously but they are not able to do anything but disregard my kids and my order and I have not ever been given the opportunity to be in argumentative or anything else except silent for explanations of my name is not the same as ur 5 years old previously ordered from number and I am still David from the military and the address is not charged and I was immediately shut down and get 6 call records for my own self to never be able to speak with anyone or placed any order. They are all good with the anti military and anti us people who are good to let you have food and I have been in these past years in my same house and phone number and I was a regular person that ordered week in an week out and I have been just identified with my admission to my former job in the military and I am not able to say anything and I after 5 years of getting pizza am not going to be able to get a single word in my mouth for holding 30min and then I get pulled up and I heard the same as always picked up on my call and I am immediately getting disconnected. NOW I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU HAVE A GREAT AMERICAN PERSON WHO HAS BEEN IN YOUR LIFE SHOT AND I HAVE SUSTAINED 4 BULLETS AND 2 TIMES IN MY LIFE OF DEATH AND THE LORD WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO BE DONE WITH LIFE AND THE 1ST TIME I HAVE EVER IDENTIFIED THE TRUTH OF MY REAL LIFE SCENARIO IS THE NIGHT I NEED YOU TO BE WITH ME AND STOP BEING A PERSON WHO EVER ENRICHES THE TRUTH AND THE EVIL PEOPLE WHO ARE UNDER CONTROL FOR THE SAKE OF THIS GARBAGE IS A HOSTILE AND DIVISIVE ATTACK FROM A ENEMY OF ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE GENUINELY AMERICAN. Ok I'll try again, the Winchester store was once my favorite and go to store, no longer I've been a customer here for a long time well over 25 years. Never a complaint until now. I've been treated well but I've known most of the staff having worked for dominos for over 10 years 5 in this store This store has gone way down hill. You can't place an order by phone. I've been inside and watched the phone ring off the hook Part of my last order was a stuffed cheesy bread Bacon jalapeño Hold the jalapeños it came with out bacon 2d time ordered first time was perfect It was evening I just got in from the VA Hospital on birmingham a 2 hour plus trip ( thurs.) was very tired, got home just wanted a bite and to go to bed Very disappointed Called the next morning at opening was told there's nothing they could do I should have called last night That is BS I wasn't looking for a cash refund andade that clear... Well that's it... This seems in direct violation of dominos satis faction guaranteed policy I talked to the store manager the next day. Was told the same thing Rude and confrontational. I've never had a complaint before I did mention on other orders I couldn't get through on the phone Ordering in the store carry out will take 30 minutes at least Order for delivery over an hour. This is the only store I've had this issue with Others when getting for my daughters have been ok It seems I was intentionally being driven away Changes need to be made to the management staff. I will not likely ever go inside this store ever again Losing a loyal Long term customer over a cheesy bread is bad business Especially a first time compl ain't 30 years. Fortunately there us a PJ'S a block down the road and a hut a mile away I might...

Nicole is a horrible GM she needs to be Fired immediately I never seen someone who is so nasty answers the phone with a very nasty attitude I could tell by the sound of her voice that she didn't even want to be at work over talks you when I say she is negativity all the way around I would never eat here again I do not want that negative energy in my food I am so sick of this location they are never on time this is my third time getting doughy pizza and when you call back about a replacement there's a huge problem I called on today to get my replacement order I got an entire immediate attitude although she seen my order she did not try to resolve it in any way how is this with a GM being in charge acting and responding this way she did not even try to resolve my issue I never got an apology from the beginning I never got a could you tell me what happened with your order nothing this person needs to go I don't understand that when I called about the situation they're not listing it under your account or your phone number and then they want to send you through hell to get an order remade the way that it should been in the first place they barely answer the phone and it always takes an 2 hours or so for you to get your delivery they are even slow when you are there to pick up I am just done with this location I would not care if they offered me a year free I would not want it from this location do yourself a favor and choose another Location to go to just because of this location along I'm really thinking about just being completely done with dominos in anyway...
