Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Huntsville

This being a new location I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve been here 3 times since opening. Every time I wait over 20 minutes in the drive though for one or two drinks. That’s it. I love the store being near my house, it’s clean, and staff friendly. But I doubt I’ll come often because of the wait. There is no reason at all that customers should have to wait that long for their orders. I came inside on my 3rd visit and still has to wait way longer than I think needed. Over 15 minutes on one drink, just one nothing else. And that’s after waiting some time in the drive through, giving up, then coming inside. I came and asked for a grilled cheese just today, with just avocado. Well they charged me full sandwich which is ok but they only put just a taste of avocado… not even a thick layer. The guy who gave me the sandwich was laughing so hard saying enjoy! I didn’t know why he was so happy till I opened the sandwich. I thought that was messed up. They could have put more than what they did on that bread. They do that on purpose and thought it was hilarious. I won’t be back....

To add to the lack of professionalism and reasons, not to go here, the corporate level doesn’t even care! They put that little message down below told me to reach out I explained everything, not a word, crickets. This is the biggest joke of a restaurant chain I have ever seen! If you’re not careful, they’ll at minimum make you ill, and they could possibly kill you.

We stopped in for breakfast, I ordered a veggie hummus wrap with no cheese and no ranch, I’m pretty certain it had ranch in it, and it had chicken in it, that particular wrap doesn’t even have chicken as an ingredient. When I took it back, the lady goes it’s just one piece of chicken, and they proceeded to give me dirty looks. Then they made excuses like, “oh there’s only one piece of chicken in it, she said she didn’t put ranch in it so it’s probably not in there.” We will never go here again! You can literally kill people with food. It is also shocking that they don’t have a bowl with no dairy and...

Girl who made my smoothie was late to work and didn’t wash her hands before making my smoothie after she ran in the building late. I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands she gave me a mean look and rolled her eyes. She then rinsed her hands for five seconds with no soap and I again asked her to wash her hands properly with soap. She again rolled her eyes and said there wasn’t anymore soap and said she could just cancel my order if I have a problem with it. Then someone informed her there was soap and she had the look of embarrassment and proceeded to wash her hands with soap this time. She then wiped her hands on her pants backside which defeats the purpose of washing hands. It is a blonde girl wearing blue sweater. Order placed at 9 didn’t get order until 9:25 and don’t put that generic message with a link no one can click in your reply. I want an actual reply as I have already filled out the survey at the bottom...
