I’ve been twice and had an unpleasant experience both times and am unsure I’ll be back. The first time I went about a week ago I ordered an ICED vanilla latte through the drive-thru. Waited 5 min at the window while my drink was being made.. when the window was opened the man working the window and making the drinks handed me a HOT vanilla latte.. told him it was supposed to be ICED and he shut the window without saying anything and took another 5min to make my iced vanilla latte. He handed it to me without saying a single word and shut the window. Went back today again through the drive-thru and my husband ordered our drinks. We ordered 2 ICED vanilla lattes and my husband very clearly emphasized we wanted ICED lattes. Got to the window and it was the same guy as last time. We waited about 5-6min and when he opened the window to hand us our drinks.. they were both hot lattes. We told him again they were supposed to be iced. He appeared to be irritated and upset with us and closed the window without saying a word. We waited another 5-6min for him to make the iced lattes we ordered. Again when he handed us the correct drink he didn’t say a word and appeared to be irritated at us. I understand people make mistake and that’s fine but it’s the way he handled it. He wasn’t friendly or apologetic.. he didn’t want to even speak to us. Zero customer service. It’s very unfortunate that this has been our experience both times because the coffee is fantastic and I actually prefer their coffee over Starbucks. But Starbucks staff are always friendly and have excellent customer service. I’ve never had a bad...

The latte was tepid, but flavorful. The service was definitely learning the ropes and just need some practice I assume. It took 9 minutes to get through the 2 cars in front of me in the drive through line. Yes, I timed it because it's my first visit.
Once I placed my order, I pulled up to the window and had to restate what my order was. Nothing difficult, skinny vanilla latte, hot. What I was handed after 3 more minutes waiting at the window was an iced vanilla latte with whipped cream. (what?)
I restated my order again, and three minutes later I got my order. It was delicious, just a bit on the cold side considering it should have just come out of the espresso maker.
This is the one and only time I've visited and I do intend to go back in a couple of weeks after they get through their growing pains. I love the location and they have a cool patio on the outside to enjoy a beverage and some of this relatively warm late fall weather.
So please go check them out, give the staff some practice and hopefully we'll all...

While I waited 15 min for espresso drinks (I was third in line), I saw the following:
A cold brew was served with a fly/bug floating on top. The contents were dumped, but the cup was reused. The customer was very gracious about it, and even made a joke and tried to get the employee to smile.
It's 80 degrees out and the outside overhead heaters came on. A customer asked that they be turned off, as the family was trying to sit on the patio, but no one knew how to turn the heat off.
Food orders were returned as not made correctly.
Barista took personal call while making drinks - perhaps it was an emergency, but seemed more like it was just a way to pass the time for a bored employee.
Espresso shots were made one set at a time, when the machine is capable of making multiples and there were several orders waiting. Both sides of the machine were working.
The employees seemed tired and sad. If that's the case, I hope they find something better, as they seemed very unhappy. I don't know if there is a morale issue, or a training issue, but my experience was very much in line with the negative...
