Milo's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Alabama

My daughter and I love Milo's. 04/15/2022 The Milo"s has gone to the dogs. I have eaten at Milo"s for over 25 years,and it's finally gotten awful. Tuff meat,burned fries, sweet tea that's taste like,sweet water,and an apple pie that taste like it was cooked 2 days before I purchased it. I would hope Milo's gets better.04/08/2023 Let's face it. Milos has went completely downhill. I went to the Milos in Forestdale,and it's worst than awful it's also ghetto, the building is nasty,and the food taste nasty. They charge you for even a penny size of sauce,and the hamburger taste like deer squeeze,and don't forget the fries are burned. If I could give no stars I would!! Ms Yogi that’s at the drive thru window was the rudest person I ever met in my life! I was scared to even eat my food she had the worst attitude! How did she even get the job here! She had to have connections because she does not have the qualifications to be at the drive thru or just a job period. She even proceeded to say “oh my god” at the end of my order. I didn’t ask her to apply here! She even got upset when we asked to change the order and said “we better not”. I won’t be going back to this location ever again! You are better off going to king wings next door! Because this review does not serve my experience any justice! This is unbelievable! My family and I came to this area just a couple of hours ago and the cashier name Angelo was very friendly and professional to me and my family and wasn't rushing me to order and she has a beautiful smile Angelo was very specific and suggested other items for my order and the last thing she asked was that I need any dipping sauce for my order and that really lighten my day that she was very concerned about me and my family to get everything we need and that's great customer service and me and my family will be back very soon and also the food was great and the tea was amazing Angelo did a very great job she does need a raise with that wonderful caring customer services that's an A+ great job Angelo..smile...
