This place was a happy [proximity] accident. We stayed at the Best Western across the street and wanted a place to eat - the menu looked good. We walked in and there were tow people lay the bar… we were kind of wary but sat for a drink/food anyway. The drinks were good (I had a margarita and my husband had a beer), but THE FOOD was so good! Apparently the chef is the same as a place downtown called Thrive? We can’t confirm because we don’t live here, but I believe it because the food was so great! We started with the cheese curds (and we are from Wisconsin) which were so much better than we expected - very legit fried curds. We also got the giant soft pretzel… our only complaint of the night was that we felt like they should have used actual pretzel salt instead of regular salt. Then our meals: delicious! I had the wings - great sized, perfectly cooked, and the dry rub was so so good! My husband had the ahi tuna stack shareable and it was one of the best we’ve had - the flavor and texture was incredible. Our kids had the sliders and the boneless wings and both were very tasty (not pictured). Apparently, the place is a super busy dance club on Thursday-Saturday nights but if you’re not looking for that - check it out for the food at other times/days. Such a...

If you're looking for a top-tier experience that combines great food, refreshing drinks, and incredible service, look no further than The Bounce House. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by a young man named Brady Walton.

From the moment you step in, Brady's warm, welcoming presence makes you feel like you're at home. He’s not just serving drinks, he’s creating an experience — whether it’s recommending the perfect cocktail or ensuring that everything is just right with your meal, Brady’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality truly shines. His knowledge of the menu and drink specials is unmatched, and he knows exactly how to make every guest feel special.

I've been to many places, but there's something about the way Brady connects with everyone that makes this spot one of my favorites. Whether it's his great sense of humor or his dedication to creating the perfect atmosphere, it’s always a joy to see him behind the bar.

If you’re lucky enough to have Brady serving you, you're in for a fantastic time. Highly recommend checking out The Bounce House — and if you see Brady Walton, make sure to say hi and enjoy...

Bar Review: Bounce – A Night to Remember

If you’re looking for a spot that delivers great vibes, solid drinks, and top-tier service, look no further than Bounce. This place has the perfect balance of energy and comfort, making it an ideal spot whether you’re out for a wild night or just looking to unwind with good company.

A huge shoutout to Elle, the bartender who made the night exceptional. Not only does she know her craft inside and out, but she also brings a level of warmth and personality that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. Her recommendations were spot-on, and the drinks? Absolutely on point. Whether it was a classic cocktail or something creative, Elle made sure every drink was mixed with precision and served with a smile.

The atmosphere at Bounce is lively but not overwhelming, with great music and a crowd that knows how to have a good time. The staff keeps things moving smoothly, and the service is top-notch all around. If you’re in the area and looking for a great bar experience, definitely hit up Bounce—just make sure to grab a drink from Elle while you’re there.

5/5 – Will...

This place does NOT live up to the hype it’s had over the past few months since it was built. It has frat boy atmosphere and average food. My roommates had to send their food back and the pizza tasted frozen and flavor less, all around horrible texture. They should also look into cleaning their water filters because the water that was brought to our table tasted like it came from a hose. We also ordered the soft pretzel and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted, it had this weird solid texture. The cherry on top is the ridiculous up-charge for paying with a credit/debit card instead of paying in cash. It’s $1.16 more. Overall experience was sub-par and disappointing for a restaurant-bar named after UCF. It is not worth the hype. If you want good pizza, go to Mellow Mushroom down the street. Even Papa John’s is a step up.

No high chair for kids; but the food was fresh & delicious. I had to wait for $ change but had no problem because the music playlist was great and the one person available was extremely friendly, and helpful. I’m vegan so I got the cauliflower buffalo bites without the sauce and the fiesta bowl substituted for the impossible meat also no sauce and it was perfect. Lastly a starburst shot off the cocktail menu for the road.
