For number 3 (or 4?) on my journey to find the best Thai food in Orlando, I ordered a Thai tea and a tofu pad Thai from Siam Garden Thai. So far, this is our frontrunner! The tofu tasted just slightly refrigerated, just barely treading the line between fresh and stale. That being said, it had a soft flavor and a firm bite. There was also a lot of tofu distributed throughout. Noodles are well-cooked, not too soft or too firm As far as the sauce, the pad Thai was saucy enough for excess to pool into the corners. That’s important to me! A good Thai place won’t deliver a dry noodle :) Personally, the flavor is 5/5 for taste and 4/5 for strength. It tastes mostly like sour tamarind and only slightly sweet or umami, with a fair amount of other spices balancing it out. Definitely full-bodied and very warm. It could be more nuanced, but in my opinion, it doesn’t need to be for good street food. If you like your pad Thai to have lots of complex flavors, bursts of green onion, hints of sweetness, etc, then this dish isn’t for you. There’s no vegetables other than bean sprouts, a lime slice, and the decorative (AKA chilled) shreds of cabbage and carrots. However, this is the most promising dish so far on my journey to find the best Thai food in Orlando, and the staff were friendly as well! They even preemptively noticed an issue with my order and remade it on the spot. I like it! 4.6/5

Lunch addict only Most Food is great for most part, the pad Thai red and little sweet which is little different for me Coconut soup tom Kai a big disappointment as very watery not very much coconut flavor and few ingredients , told staff multiple times.same every visit so last visit tried Tom yum and much better broth Service could be better, group of young lunch staff sit together in back booth on cells while we need waters refills limes lemons napkins extras etc….once I walked over to booth and ask them where in kitchen I could refill my water They are friendly just not efficient This caused me to locate a few other Thai places nearby, hoping things change as I will return as more convenient but this has happened 3 times. Can’t seem to effectively communicate this to the management staff so resorting to honest reporting….haven’t had this same experience at two nearby Thai places west of here off 50. Asked for a lime and lemon in water told it didn’t come with a lime but I could use the lime from my pad Thai dish which was being prepared Asked if I could have that lime in advance for my water and leave it off my pad Thai dish. You think I got a lime for my water , no, but they got back on their cells right away in the booth. Pad Thai w lime shown

We just moved to the area and was looking forward to eating at a good Thai restaurant. I was looking at the reviews here and saw the many positive reviews and wanted to give this place a try. We ordered waters with pad see ew tofu medium spice level ad prit pow fried rice medium spice level. My pad see ew lacked flavor, it tasted like bland noodles with a hint of some spice, and freezer burnt tofu. I had to add some low sodium soy sauce to my noodles to get some soy sauce flavoring. His fried rice tasted like bland rice and eggs and it said that it was spicy there was no spice at all the chili seeds are deceiving. Our server came twice to bring us water and drop food never to check up on us until we were done eating and got one refill of water and they weren't busy at all. The lighting and music was perfect.

I love Thai food but always very hesitant to go out for Thai food for the low quality and expensive fare. I've never had restuarant Thai food that is average or better. This restaurant absolutely takes the cake on the worst Thai restaurant / food we've been to or had. We visited this past Sunday for dinner. Walked in to be sat by a waitress who didn't care to be there....a greeting of hello or smile would have been nice since we were paying customers. We didn't go there to beg for free food. All she said to us was "how many" and walked to a table to seat us down....didn't even say "follow me." We just looked at each other then followed her as she went to place the menus down. Complete zero customer service or waiting etiquette. Never came back to check on us or check to see if we need anything other than to place the order and bring our food to us. Speaking of food, it was as if someone was learning how to cook or a child was playing kitchen. We had ordered 4 courses (3 dined in & 1 take home - Ladna). The 3 courses came with a kitten-sized rice plate for each of us and mind you, I watch my intake and portion control. We ordered A large sweet and sour fish (only choice we had), boneless duck and beef stir fry with mixed vegetables to eat in and ladna to go. I am rating this place a 1 because the sweet and sour fish was almost on-point considering it was half way cooked and completely frozen inside. We didn't say anything because the waitress didn't seem to want to make eye contacts nor want to be bothered. That was how uncomfortable the dining experience was. The other 2 dishes were awful in flavor. Not only the dishes weren't good, the vegetables used in both were identical and complete mushed, as if the vegetables were made for someone without teeth. The beef was as if it was blanced...in hot boiling water due to the rubbery texture (again, same vegetables as the duck dish). When we saw the ladna sauce (in the take-home container), it was completely the same stir fry as the beef mixed vegetables (which is completely wrong as that was not what makes ladna). Again, soggy vegetables in not-so-thick consistency sauce (which it's supposed to be a little thick). We had the ladna the next day and it truly was the same beef stir fry in the same lack there-of flavor. Hard, blanched beef in our beef ladna was just not what we've ever had. The noodles were placed in a foam container and the bottom of the container was burned due to the temperature of the noodles. We had to throw a portion of the noodles out due to foam contamination and we didn't want to consume any potential BPAs leaked from the burned foam (please stop using foam containers for your hot food, it is a huge health hazard). For over $100, we had a horrific experience. Please re-train your staff how to wait on your guests and re-train your cook...

I’m not a picky person and I never have to rate 1 star for a business but I have to this time because my experience here was beyond horrible. I came to get lunch by myself today after my workout so I was exhausted. The server gave me the attitude right when I stepped in. She didn’t even help me to be seated but assigned me to sit right next to a big group of guys by pointing her finger to the table and said: “There!” So rude! I wanted to tell her to switch table because I felt really uncomfortable but she ran to the back. I noticed that there was a booth available so I moved there tho the table wasn’t clean. I waited for her to ask if I could sit there and what I got as the response was: “Why here? You can’t.” Wth! After having to explain that I wanted to be in a more private area, she rolled her eyes and yelled at me: “Why? Okay!” She didn’t talk to me in a full sentence. I wanted to leave the place immediately but somehow I still stayed. Her attitude didn’t even stop there. She constantly threw utensils and water on the table as if I was begging her a free meal. No smile. Just unnecessary attitude. Some time during my meal, she came and checked on me with “okay?” I’m a paying customer but she treated me like I was something unworthy of her attention. The only time that she was nice to me was when I got the bill. I didn’t have a good experience there, I still left her little tips anyway. What I didn’t expect to happen was that she chased me all the way to my car and loudly asked: “Is everything okay? Why you give me little tips? Only $3?” Huhhh?? Excuse me?? I could have left her with no tips but I was kind to someone who did nothing except for being rude to me for the entire time. My meal was not even $11 (I got Pad Thai) and $3 tips was actually almost 30%. I would be willing to tip more than the cost of the meal if she was nicer to me. Why would I give out my hard-earned money generously when she didn’t even treat me like a human being. I told her that “Sorry! That’s all I got,” just to see her eyes rolling again. This lady is extremely bad! She has no customer service skills. Please train your staff on how to wait and serve the customers!! Otherwise you will lose more and...
