The lady with the glasses who put up the sign for book bags is hostile and antagonistic. I always leave my bookbag up front everytime I go in and have gone to this location several times. However, one night I had food poisoning and it was almost 2 am and I forgot to leave it up front. She literally jumped down my throat about it and accused me of being argumentative when I was sick and about to pass out. I told her I was sorry and told her “ma’am i am not being argumentative, or being rude or disrespectful.” Then another day she jumped down my throat again saying “leave it at the counter” and i told her “i know i’m getting in line.” She seems to forget I know how to read signs. I told her she can go about it differently and not be so hostile and antagonistic. I told her I have enough going on as is and my hand started shaking and she saw it too. She was completely indifferent and didn’t seem to care. I have very bad anxiety and she needs to stop because next time she’s hostile I will report her to corporate and contact the BBB. She wants to constantly verbally attack me and treat me like I’m nothing. I told her she needs to treat me like I’m a human being. I ended up having a panic attack because of her. Maybe you shouldn’t be an ableist and have more compassion lady. The ADA exists...
